My go to dish at Northern Chinese food is always the Beef Noodle Soup. They now have two flavors: Taiwan Beef Noodle Soup and Szechuan Style Noodle Soup (spicier one of the two!), the latter is my go to dish. The broth is the key in any noodle soup, from Vietnamese Pho to Japanese Ramen, the broth is the heart & soul of these dishes that take hours upon hours just like slowly smoking BBQ briskets at low temperatures.
The broth was just too bland, and need more beef bones, and other spices especially star anises to add the necessary punch.

Best place to grab some warm soupy dumplings in Sunnyvale. I tried the Pork and Napa Cabbage dumplings. The filling for the dumplings is surprisingly sufficient and well seasoned. Recommended place!!

Classic hole-in-the-wall Chinese food restaurant. It’s all about the dumplings (obviously) and they are delicious! Hand-made—including the skin— same day, and the lamb filled ones are superb! The crab and pork soup dumplings were delicious! You won’t find anything quite like this in the local valley area. The tables and look are very simplistic, and the parking lot is small, but you aren’t going here for fancy trivial details. If amazing dumplings are your goal, this is the place for you!

I didn't realize how much I loved this place till i had dumplings at a few places outside of the state. Is it the best at all the dishes? no, but its s dumpling place, and thats what i go there for and i love them. also love the fungi and tofu skins. It can be crowded though and in a small lot, which wouldnt be a problem if it wasnt in a very car dependent city, but who cares, this is about the food.

Ok, it's a complete hole in the wall. So what? Who cares? The food is off the hook good. I always have trouble finding a good dim sum place that delivers, and these guys just jumped to the head of the list.
If dim.sum is your jam, go here. You will NOT be disappointed.

This restaurant is the worst. I ordered the shrimp, and it tasted awful. The shrimps were so not fresh that I feel they have died for ages. I complained this to the restaurant and they told me they could not care less.This is the worst dining experience in my last five years’ life.Be careful dining here, and you should feel lucky if you get fresh food here.

SO GOOD! We ordered the pork chive and lamb radish dumplings which just melts in your mouth. Also the green chive pancake, while a tad oily, has the perfect crispness on the outside and salty eggs and chives on the inside. But the star of the show was definitely the pickled cabbage beef noodle soup!! The sourness of the pickled cabbage really complements the beef and noodles creating a light hearty soup. Will definitely be coming back!!
