I had donuts at 8am but it does not fresh. Too bad. Coffee is also just water. Worse than Starbucks

Yesterday morning, I bought a bagel with cream cheese and a coffee with creamer, and it gave me the worst stomach bug. Either they’re not washing their hands or they’re using old or spoiled ingredients.

Went to get a coffee about 20 minutes before closing and the worker was too lazy to make a drink for me. I reported this and Dunkin’ didn’t seem to care. Skip this place.

The girl up front in the early mornings has no people skills unfriendly and doesn't like taking orders your best bet is to go somewhere else local donut shop or something stay away from this place I'd give it a zero and I've been here more then once to try again im done!!!!

Consistent Dunkin location. We’ve been here a lot of times and they’ve never messed up our order. We usually do a mobile order ahead of time and picking it up at the counter once it’s ready is very easy.
Dining area feels nice and clean since this location is fairly new. Bathrooms are clean.

I’m from Boston and this might be the best Dunks I’ve ever been to. The freshest donuts. The coffee actually managed to have a little flavor. Wicked clean. Snappy service. It is clearly brand new, but the employees are crushing it. All around great. I don’t know why anyone would go to Starbucks.
The incident I’m about to share took place on 12/30/24 at 7.50 PM.
When I arrived to collect my mobile order, the Desi (Indian) male cashier gave me a terrible attitude with raised voices for his inability to fulfill my order. He claimed that the kitchen was closed when I mobile ordered my food. He also arrogantly limited my compensation: refunds or a dozen of stale donuts that were about to be thrown away.
He gave me worse attitude when I asked to be compensated with the equivalent available drinks though I finally got it after a bit of an argument to defend myself. As a context, the value of my dinner order was nearly $ 11 and I don’t really order sweet stuff like donuts for health reasons. I also travelled a bit far to this location.
When I politely raised my concerns about the situation, he arrogantly told me to call the customer service as he couldn’t control the app. I’m sure he knew the call center would redirect me to him as it’s a franchise-based operation.
The situation could have been handled professionally with a sincere apology for the mishaps without the terrible / defensive attitudes and the liberty for customers to choose the equivalent replacing items. The app didn’t indicate that the kitchen was closed and I don’t read minds, so it’s definitely not my fault as a customer.

Traditional Dunkin Doughnuts coffee, which has the flavor of Peet's and the caffeine of *$. Friendly service, above average seating areas, not too busy, and easy parking. The donuts seem to get lighter and more expensive, a half dozen now costs almost $20.

Ordered a delivery order through Door Dash. Received 1 wrong item and 2 items with quality issues. The $3+ limited edition donut was tossed into a bag which caused it to get damaged in transit. The drink had an not fully removable sticker over the drinking spout. No straw was included. Dish soap couldn't even remove the residue, making the lid unusable. Corporate requires an account to complain, so I can't even report the issue directly. This is a packaging issue and it really needs to be resolved. Because of the way the sticker disintegrated, it nearly fell into my drink which would've ruined my entire drink. Gross. The drink itself was also very bitter and I couldn't taste the marshmallow ube at all. The image is also misleading--it isn't that purple. It's fine it isn't using a ton of purple dye, but this is false advertising. Fix this.
