Falafel Flare in Sunnyvale is a hidden gem for Mediterranean food, offering delicious meals at reasonable prices. Their gyro wrap is a standout—perfectly seasoned, tender meat wrapped with fresh veggies and tangy sauce, all in a soft, warm pita. The portion size is satisfying, and the flavors are spot-on, making it a great value for the price. With quick service and a casual vibe, it’s an excellent choice for a tasty and affordable meal.

5/5 Stars - Exceptional Dining Experience!

We recently visited Falale Flame in Sunnyvale with our family of five, and it was an unforgettable experience! The ambiance was warm and inviting, but the real star was the food.

We ordered an array of dishes to share:

• Chicken Kabab
• Lamb Kabab Platter
• Crispy Chicken Burger
• Falalel Wrap
• Chicken Wrap
• Tenders
• Fries

Every single item exceeded our expectations! The kababs were tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. The burgers and wraps were crispy, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. The tenders and fries were cooked to perfection.

What impressed us most was the generous portion sizes and exceptional service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and ensured our needs were met.

Falale Flame has earned a loyal customer in us. If you're craving delicious Middle Eastern cuisine, look no further!

Gyro was decent, and curly fries were good. Gyro lacked a sufficient amount of meat and the tzatziki tasted a little off. Little on the pricey side. Staff was nice

I went there for the first time in search of Mediterranean food. It felt dark and dingy inside. The atmosphere was not inviting despite this being a new place.

There was only ONE vegetarian option on the menu and that too didn't look very appetizing. Thick pita bread with fried falafel. :(

I hope they can add more healthy vegetarian options and make the place feel more welcoming.

For now, I left and went to Sajj in Sunnyvale downtown instead.

The pictures of the food look amazing. However, this place is a fast food place with heavy on salt and oil.

The falafel was drenched in oil (soggy from the oil on the inside) and slightly crispy on the outside. The gyros (mostly oily) and chicken (mostly dry) were very salty, unevenly seasoned.

The tzatziki and pita bread was very pleasant as it helped balance the saltiness.

The lamb in the falafel wrap was tender and well seasoned and I would definitely get it again. The pita wrap was also soft.

I would come back for the wrap. Otherwise I'd defer to an authentic middle eastern restaurant.

If you're allergic to cigarette smoke. Smokers mingle in front of the entrance (within 5feet) and you'll suffocate inside the restaurant in cigarette smoke.

I suspect this place might be under new ownership. Google says it's Falafel Flare... But sign above the door is Falafel Flame ???

Agree with JK or JR's review. Had high expectations given the high rating. Was very disappointed.

Service was poor. The kiosk ordering tablets seem out of place and unnecessary, and confusing so we went to the register. I asked a question about the kebab combo. Didn't quite catch the answer so asked the person to please repeat. He appeared impatient and angry. As we walked to our table heard him yelling at the cook.

The food was edible but not authentic Mediterranean / middle Eastern. The rice was overcooked and party burnt. The hummus has a weird taste to it. The lamb and chicken were also over cooked and didn't taste like traditional spices.

Definitely not returning to this place
