I was getting a drink next door and decided to stop here for lunch. You scan a QR code to get to the menu where you can order and also pay at the end of your meal. I got a special mala dish and there was no detail on what was actually inside it. It ended up having squid, lamb, shrimp, Whittier mushrooms, napa cabbage, lotus roots, bean sprouts, fish cake, spam and there was a green vegetable I cannot identify. Identify. The dish was so huge. I brought the leftovers home and it's going to be another two or three meals from you from that. Definitely get the scallion pay pancakes. That was really nice and light and crispy, a little oily but very delicious. I do recommend getting rice if you're going to get the mala dish because in most places I've gotten in the heat was medium. Medium. They actually use the full level of heat for this dish.

The food is really delicious, and every dish has a very distinctive, rustic flavor. I will definitely visit again next time.

DO NOT GO! DO NOT GO!
The restaurant has changed ownership, and everything has gone downhill.

The dishes were not even warm, which makes me suspect they were pre-cooked and reheated.
The new female owner showed no shame in her greed. She first told us there was no remaining balance on our gift card. Only after we insisted did she “suddenly” find that there actually was a balance.

She then claimed we could not use the gift card because the remaining balance was not enough after including the tip—which is completely unacceptable.

She showed no shame in prioritizing her greed over basic.

We will never come back, and I strongly recommend others stay away.

Stopped by on a Saturday for lunch with a couple of friends and we ordered a handful of different dishes. Simple preparations with good flavor and a bit of heat. Service is somewhat thin and ordering can require some ingenuity. Had to finally go inside to flag down the waiter as the electronic kiosk was faulty. Pricing is fair with large servings. Would definitely return.

BE WARNED OF THE SPICY NOODLE SOUP! It is very spicy. I don't have the best spice tolerance, so I ordered it less spicy. When it came, I perished on the steam alone. Can't imagine what regular spice level would be like. I handled the dry pot spice level without issue though. Food was good, but really just wished that when the less spicy option is selected, it was a more tolerable level for normal folks. Or if they offered the same meat options for all the different soup bases.

Food is okay and waiters are rude. There were a few clumps of chicken buillion powder in the soup. I paid cash since it is 10% off for cash payment. Not only did they not give me the change back, one of them reminded me that I have not tipped yet while I was still sitting at the table. Also they give plastic spoons for hot soup. Poor service and rude waiters.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! Store is also charging 18% service fee without notice
The store is using prepared dishes(预制菜), the taste is not adjustable. Service is also aweful, that the server doesn’t respond to you at all. During check out the store is requiring cash otherwise charge 10% more. Will report to IRS

First time at Fu Niu Tang Noodle Talk and I definitely got a bit of sticker shock when I first saw the menu. Most entrées run close to $30, with fish dishes mostly above $40. Luckily, the noodle soups are much more affordable at about $16 each, so we went with the Beef Stew Noodle Soup and the Hot & Sour Lamb Roll Noodle Soup, plus one order of 辣子鸡 (deep-fried chicken with peppers and peanuts).

The noodle soups were both solid. The beef stew had very tender meat, while the lamb soup had a noticeable lamb flavor that might be a little strong for some. As for the deep fried chicken, the portion felt a bit small for the price, and I really wish the peanuts are more crunchy. Regular spicy was just perfect for our family.

Overall, the noodle soups are definitely the best value here, but the other dishes might leave you wondering if the price matches the portion

The pork belly noodle soup was bland the pork belly itself was really good the soup didnt have much flavor. I assume its because i got the not spicy soup because i cant do spicy id like to think the other option tastes great. Good place but not for me who cant have spicy.
