It's been a while since I visited Fu Niu Tang. Craving for crawfish, I decided to give it a try when I saw it on their menu. It's crayfish season now! They use live crawfish. It didn't disappoint! As someone who has tried countless crayfish dishes, from hand-held seafood to stir-fries to Sichuan-style.Since everything else was spicy, I ordered garlic flavor, which still had a bit of spice but not as heavy as the spicy ones. The flavor was so fresh! The crayfish flavor seeped into the sauce and cucumber. The rice noodles soaked in it were delicious! Next time, I definitely want to try the spicy flavor

Ordered chili pepper beef over noodles. Normally not a fan of rice noodles, but this is good. Beef was tender and the noodles were cooked perfectly. It was flavorful with the right amount of heat. Also ordered mapotofu. That was just meh. Should stick with the noodle dishes.

Food is ok. There are so many better options though. They don’t let you split payment.

We ordered two noodle soups. The noodle is served more than 10 minutes apart. Mine is served immediately after ordering yet it’s lukewarm and the noodle is soggy! The other one is hot and normal. Clearly they have given me an unwanted noodle soup that was made even before I ordered!I will never come back to this restaurant and wouldn’t recommend this place!

If I could give this place six stars, I would! My experience at Noodle Talk was nothing short of exceptional. Their dishes are exceptional – perfectly cooked and bursting with authentic flavors. The menu offers a variety of options, and the rice noodles are a must-try. Cooked to perfection, each strand had the ideal texture, neither too soft nor too chewy. The cozy ambiance and friendly staff make dining here a delight. If you're craving delicious Chinese rice noodles, this is the place to be!

The short waitress said we couldn't share a table and asked us to sit at the door. I was wondering if she had been kicked in the head by a donkey. She was about to destroy the restaurant by clearing the tables. I wished the restaurant would close early and the boss invited her to come. So unlucky, Chinese restaurants nowadays are really asking for their own death, with this kind of rubbish service and they still want an 18% tip.
