They cook by dragging the food around the grill once per person instead of a space they clean like the larger grills will do. Straightforward selection and absolutely delicious food. A quick explanation at the start set us on the right path and from there it is a true build your own adventure. Everything moved smoothly and quickly and I would absolutely recommend. Also the price point of $17 per plate is an insane deal and was well worth it.
