Who’s giving this place low stars??? The pancakes were delicious and well-crafted!! There were some cards to play with too!

I think this place is just ok.
For 17 dollars. I got one undercooked/raw pancake that I asked if they could remake and they denied it was undercooked. My friend in the table tried my plate and pushed me to ask for them to remake cause she could see it is raw.
The other two on the plate were cooked so I didn't even ask for them to remake the whole thing or provide a refund.
I personally think they skimp out on the toppings.
I liked that the matcha wasn’t too sweet.
Overall was it that bad? No the seating was cute and the atmosphere
Would I go again? No

Came here twice and had a chance to try four different flavors (strawberry, matcha, ube, special Oreo and cream). Overall everything was decent. I got the matcha and ube ones second time around and somehow it felt like the center was a tiny bit undercooked. It seemed more gooey than the first time. The syrups that went with the souffle pancakes were good, not too sweet, and just the right amount. The price seems rather high considering they're pancakes...but each one is made fresh to order and takes about 25 min. So I suppose the high cost is due to the intensity of labor. Of the four flavors tried, strawberry seemed to be the best.
The cafe is quite cute and cozy, giving off a very Japanese kawaii vibe. Walls were decorated with cherry blossom decor and cosplay photos?
Overall, would still recommend for coming and trying once or twice. Would be a nice date place, and for trying something you can't find elsewhere in San Jose.
Vegetarian options: Only serve pancakes and coffee/tea here . No meat served
Parking: Small parking lot. Not bad if not busy traffic. But if busy traffic may have difficulty finding spot.
Kid-friendliness: Very kawaii and cozy vibe. They have a few card games available for folks waiting on food

Had some of their pancake, which was amazing, and a mango tea. Yum Yum!!! We drove up from Sacramento so my daughter could attend a cosplay meet-up. It was pretty cool.

The food and drinks may be a bit too sweet, and there is no regular hot tea, but this is still a place you should visit at least once as the results are quite intriguing. It takes a bit of time for the pancakes to be made, so don't go here if you are in a hurry. There is outside seating.

My first time here and unfortunately not the best experience like others have said they had. Surprised that they don't have a phone number (that someone can answer ) to resolve any issues like this. I hate posting but if this is the way I can get their attention so be it. Spent $40 for under cooked pancakes not that happy with the food.

Really a shame there's no vegan options here. Not even the most basic/low-effort gesture of an almond milk option for their drinks. This is the first time I've been to a place and thought "the food is just for social media posts"...?

Did not like the pancakes at all. Easy to park, sit and nice clean place but the pancakes were too gooey (maybe not cooked fully or maybe taste like that). Too much sugar in the whipped cream and in the drinks. Lychee milk is good but way too much sugar. Won't be going here again - sorry....

I saw this place on Instagram, and the pancakes looked so good, so me and my husband decided to go try them. We went on a Sunday morning, and it was not packed. We found parking right away and ordered as soon as we were ready. We found a seat right away and got the drinks that we ordered within 5 minutes. The pancakes took exactly the 25 minutes that they said it would take. The presentation of the pancakes is nice. At first, the pancakes tasted like raw dough, but once I ate more, it tasted just right. I got the matcha pancakes and to me they were perfect. I tasted my husband strawberry pancakes, but they were too sweet for my liking. I like how they have uno cards by the register so people can take them to their seat and play. I also loved their decor and how they were playing anime on the TV. I would definitely go back and try other pancakes.
