I am here daily for the B2. The young ladies that work there are so friendly and helpful. They really put the happy in Happy Lemon. The gentleman are nice to but I don't have years of experience with them yet. I hope the owner sees this and gives them raises, they deserve it

Thought the other negative reviews were just exaggerating, but the staff literally don’t acknowledge your presence. Was super weird being the only person in there with one worker and feeling like you didn’t exist. He didn’t greet me, only thing he said was my order number when it was ready and didn’t make eye contact. I also know there wasn’t a language barrier because right before I entered he was saying bye to someone he knew and said “yea no problem, man!”

Health hazard i went in to get a bubble waffle and tea 8/31 at 7pm on the lawrence location. im pregnant and was craving it. I got a mess of a waffle barely cooked i asked the young man if i could getbit heated yp more since om pregnant he didnt want to do it he finally aggreed to redo it and kept mocking me witj anither youg man. I noticed the young man serving it kept running both his hands through his hair and didnt wash hands in between serving. If they work with food should they not wear gloves while handling food and hairnets. Horrible experience very dirty and rude

We arrived at this location and found no one inside. We called their phone and kept calling out “Hello,” but got no response. The door was open, and the place was unlocked. After about 7–10 minutes, a man finally appeared but didn’t say a word—he acted as if he didn’t even see us. I called out again, “Hello, we want to buy boba,” and only then did he react. I told him we’d been waiting, and he just replied, “OK.” The only possible explanation I could think of was that he didn’t speak English.
Yuck! Ordered one of the lemon drinks and it just tasted like lemon rinds. So sour. 😵💫 I thought if I drank more maybe I would get used to it, but honestly not. Been tasting it for hours now and can’t get the taste out of my mouth. Heartburn too. Would not recommend.
