Came here on a weekday morning. The store wasn’t busy, but it still took 27 minutes to get my drink. They didn’t have the ingredients ready — if a drink isn’t available, it shouldn’t be on the menu. Although they offered me a free drink of water for the long wait, it didn’t make up for wasting 27 minutes of my time. Very disappointing experience.

I’d suggest ordering online and picking it up, since it usually takes around 40–45 minutes to prepare ⏳.
But if you’ve got time, you can order in person and enjoy browsing fresh flowers 🌸 right next to Trader Joe’s while you wait — they’re always so pretty and fresh!
We tried the Cloud Mango Boom (with sago) and the Triple Matcha Latte — both were so good and totally worth it!

Download the app for pickup! The app provides nutrition content for gym bros, polyphenol mg estimation for matcha/health fiends, and I’m pretty sure it’s even cheaper(not sure why). The drink is delicious I got Cloud Magnolia Latte and mom got the blue mango boom (tastes just like mango sticky rice). I will be an avid HEYTEA goer

I haven't tried anything apart from the Mango Sago here - but I just keep coming back for the same same drink! Shop at Trader Joe's right beside, keep an order waiting at HeyTea and you have a perfect evening! :)
On a separate note, I am totally a fan of their branding and the atmosphere at the store.

Wait time is too long. Online order doesn’t move for 20 minutes. They are only making a large catering order, leaving many other customers waiting for a long time.
Unfortunately half hour wait times . Be prepared to wait that long

I had an excellent experience at Heytea Sunnyvale today. I ordered two bubble teas this afternoon, and they were delicious as always, with a perfect balance of rich tea flavor and sweetness. And they offered decaf options as well! But what really stood out was the incredible customer service. I realized later that I'd forgotten to get my receipt, so I called the store. The staff member who answered was incredibly patient and took the time to look through their order history to find it for me. Their dedication to helping customers is top-notch. Highly recommend!

Drink was made with too much ice even after putting order for light ice. Plus by mistake I forgot my sunglasses at the store and within 5-10 mins came back to pick up. The female worker there first said NO while others were smiling and then later she gave. Really surprised on the behavior.

Finally checked this new hype bubble tea spot, interesting brand revival and repositioning in the US, as Heytea is nearly forgotten back in motherland having been overshadowed by too many other hypes over the last decade.
Drinks: - Crisp Grape , I never get fruity drinks, and this pleasantly surprised me with its fresh asian grapes flavors rather than the artificial juice box I was expecting - Coconut Matcha , great balanced coconut milk and matcha flavors, not sure what the mixed-in blue spirulina is supposed to taste like we'll see if it turns me into superwoman, perfectly soft and sweet tapioca balls - Triple Supreme Matcha Latte: 4.5/5, strong matcha flavors without being too bitter - Compostable straws 1/5, unnecessary cardboards that dampen the experience
Spacious clean setting, line moved quickly, worth. Offers zero cal sweeteners which is a plus (or slight chub minus for the 3 cups of bbt I chug anyway)
