Giving two stars cause Vegan options are not mentioned clearly. Please do so. ( Dont want to waste mine or their time understanding everything.)
One of the person working there was kind enough to explain what I can drink as a vegan. Here is the list: 1. Kale boost tea 2. Supreme brown sugar milk tea - you need to sub it with Oat milk 3. Coconut mango boom - without sago and coconut jelly (because all their jelly has Gelatine) 4. Oat matcha boba 5. Oat black latte 6. Crisp grape boom 7. Cloud mango - select No cloud, because it's cow's cream.
Note: 1. All their jellys including sago has Gelatine so make sure before you try to add any jelly. 2. The system doesn't allow to remove both sago and coconut jelly, I had to inform them personally to not add any jellys. So if you are doing it via app it wont work. Opting out from the jelly/sago option the drink was a bit more watery

I ordered 2 products and waited 45 minutes, maybe more ,they are very slow, I am very frustrated. But product is good

They have no concept of first come first serve. We waited here for more than 40 minutes for our drink, while many others ordered after us have got their drinks way earlier.

Came here on a weekday morning. The store wasn’t busy, but it still took 27 minutes to get my drink. They didn’t have the ingredients ready — if a drink isn’t available, it shouldn’t be on the menu. Although they offered me a free drink of water for the long wait, it didn’t make up for wasting 27 minutes of my time. Very disappointing experience.

I’d suggest ordering online and picking it up, since it usually takes around 40–45 minutes to prepare ⏳.
But if you’ve got time, you can order in person and enjoy browsing fresh flowers 🌸 right next to Trader Joe’s while you wait — they’re always so pretty and fresh!
We tried the Cloud Mango Boom (with sago) and the Triple Matcha Latte — both were so good and totally worth it!

Download the app for pickup! The app provides nutrition content for gym bros, polyphenol mg estimation for matcha/health fiends, and I’m pretty sure it’s even cheaper(not sure why). The drink is delicious I got Cloud Magnolia Latte and mom got the blue mango boom (tastes just like mango sticky rice). I will be an avid HEYTEA goer

I haven't tried anything apart from the Mango Sago here - but I just keep coming back for the same same drink! Shop at Trader Joe's right beside, keep an order waiting at HeyTea and you have a perfect evening! :)
On a separate note, I am totally a fan of their branding and the atmosphere at the store.
