The team is friendly. The coffee offerings are extensive across both basic espresso offerings to more creative or seasonal options. The coffee is roasted locally and has cute design with nice, matte finishes on their retail bags. The coffee is on the light side (which i enjoy for the vibrancy), so be mindful of that if you prefer more developed/darker roasts. The Richmond Blend seems to be more medium and gets that chocolate/toffee quality.
Plenty of extra shopping and activities to do in the area, so a good place to meet up and get a walk about through Sunnyvale.
Ube croissant was delish! Always great coffee with friendly vibes from the baristas. A gem in Sunnyvale.
Pistachio cardamon latte (seasonal) was very yummy
First place you should go in Sunnyvale
Very soulful atmosphere, light music, friendly staff, beautiful walls, cleanliness, delicious coffee, tea pastries, nice smells! Coming back again!
Ordered a ube croissant but came a plain croissant, need to be more careful…otherwise the cappuccino actually tastes really good
Wanted to try the new cute place. Hot chocolate was okay but they surcharged $1 for alternative milk. Customer service was good!
Baristas couldn't be bothered, push people to the toast kiosk. Spectacularly cold and impersonal. Warmer feelings from nurse ratchet
Thank you guys for your lovely Christmas lights. So beautiful to walk by with my dog and drive by.
This is my favorite coffee spot in the sunnyvale area. Their regular drinks are always good and yummy, and they also have innovative and interesting seasonal selections. I always make sure to grab a bag of their beans every single month for my home-made espresso. Highly recommend.

Got the cocotastic and it was really niceeee. Whatever coffee they use it has a really nice tangy flavor. Nice sparkling effect kinda

Disappointing. It took seven minutes to make an Americano. Then it sat on the counter for five minutes. When I asked at the end of that time, if my Americano was ready, I was told with a smile that I was next. Several minutes later my Americano that had been sitting on the counter was handed to me. For those who care (like me), there was also a dog in this food establishment. It was not a service dog. The customer was showing other patrons the tricks the dog could perform. The Health law breach was completely ignored by the staff.
Love the iced coconut vanilla latte here. Even when the ice melted the flavor barely got diluted. New go-to drink!
Great coffee! Certainly recommend the cortado.
Probably one of the worst coffee shops in the area.
Service was extremely slow - waited 20 minutes for just two drinks while the staff chatted among themselves. One barista kept touching her greasy hair while preparing orders, which was very unhygienic. The Americano was scalding hot and undrinkable for about 15 minutes. The cappuccino was poorly made - flat, with barely any foam, and tasted like warm milk with a hint of coffee.
This was my first and definitely my last visit. The management should consider hiring professional baristas who actually know how to run a coffee shop.
