The food is ok. But the soup comes with it is pretty awful. It’s also super hot inside.

Not great. Food was very below average and just felt like low quality meal overall. I ordered Miso ramen and my partner ordered the Black Peppered beef (came with soup and seasonal veggies). Ramen tasted salty and not flavorful. Typically the ramen I have tried is creamy and just a thicker consistency, this ramen tasted almost like an unflavored broth. For my partner, he thought the beef was too chewy. As for “the seasonal vegetables”, it’s literally steamed cabbage. I also didn’t appreciate the waitress not checking in on us or refilling our drinks despite us being the only ones there. So, just a disappointing experience. Would not recommend.

Homemade food - some dishes were good like the unagi bowl, but others were a bit bland/extremely simple
The name, Japanese Ramen, is a lie. This is a Chinese restaurant with dishes that have no flavor at best and are disgusting at worst. Please do not eat here.

The serving speed is very slow; you have to wait at least 30 minutes. Moreover, the service attitude is poor—they don’t take care of the customers who arrived first and only serve large tables first.

People are so focused on the fancy concept and the extravagant atmosphere, making them miss authenticity, this places is like the neighborhood restaurant from your small villa, love the atmosphere, the food is full of real flavor, nothing extravagant, just simplicity and flavor, and the lady in the front desk provides us a great experience, making us feel comfortable. A must go if you are looking for good food.... and the portions are HUGE!!!

Hidden ramen gem in South Bay! Better than the ramen places on Castro street in Mountain View. My friend and I both ordered the Miso Ramen (~$18.50 each before tax) which were large portions that came with very tasty and tender large slices of pork. The broth and noodles were also flavorful without being too salty.
Service was fast.
Good amount of indoor seating, casual ambience.

I was halfway through my bowl of soup when I found worms in it. When I mentioned it with the waiter in this place, I was told it’s ‘normal and unavoidable.’ So, take that as you will. If you’re okay with bugs being a ‘normal’ part of your meal, this might be the place for you.

If Temu ran a ramen shop. This is Chinese food pretending to be Japanese food. I had the shoyu ramen, but you wouldn't be able to tell from the taste of the dashi which could be mistaken for pasta water.
The pork was somehow dry even though it's literally in a bowl of "soup". The noodles were fine, but not special. Instant ramen is more flavorful.
Half the menu is variations of fried rice. The portion sizes are massive for the price. Either that or I lost my appetite before I made a dent in my bowl.
I do not understand how this place has such positive ratings. The food and atmosphere was bad, but not in a 'its so bad it's kinda good' way. Service was fine, but if you want ramen, go elsewhere.
