Look 5 stars is relative, this is a 5 star in n out not a 5 star michelin restaurant. But for an in n out it's what you'd expect. Except this one is especially busy and I feel bad for the staff who have to work during the rushes.

I usually don’t write reviews for fast food places, but I really appreciated the customer service at this In-N-Out.

Davina, the cashier, was super patient with us and very friendly while taking our order. As soon as we walked in, a worker named Cameron opened the door for us, which was such a nice touch! Cameron is the best employee at In-N-Out! He’s incredibly attentive and thoughtful — today, I had five little ketchup cups, and without me even asking, he brought me a box to carry them. A few days ago, he noticed my T-shirt and started a friendly conversation. He genuinely cares about the customers and what he does.
