The best indo-chinese I’ve had in the west coast! And they’re consistent too. Inchin’s has a branch in Bellevue and the taste is the same as here. Highly recommend Lat-mai-paneer and crispy babycorn!
The biryani was average, lacking in fragrance and spice, and noticeably low on salt (which I rarely find an issue in restaurants). Service was also underwhelming; despite the restaurant being mostly empty and having several waiters, I had to wait about 10 minutes after informing the waiter I was ready to order. On the positive side, the prices were quite affordable, which is appreciated.
Went to InChin Bamboo for an office lunch with a group of 8. There was no waiting, and the service was prompt and friendly. We ordered a lot — Chinese bhel, Hakka noodles, burnt garlic chili rice, Singaporean noodles, masala papad, crispy baby corn, paneer 65, and quite a few more dishes. Unfortunately, while the variety was great, the overall taste was just average. The noodles and fried rice in particular were not that impressive, and some of the chicken and beef dishes ended...
