Had a really good experience at a Jamba juice tonight, we had a ton of questions for the staff and they answered everything without any hesitation. They got us our drinks done super fast and kept good vibes going the whole time. Shout out to Luis for the exceptional service!

5 stars across the board. My sister and I came to this location. It was less than 30 minutes before closing. Whom I assume to be the lone employee, Luis, was getting some pre-close tasks done. For a split second I thought we’d arrived too late and that the store had already closed / or stopped serving drinks. However, we walked in he and assured us that we had made it in time, and that he’d be happy to assist us. We ordered our drinks and he made them not only fast but efficiently as well. I’ve been going to this location for a couple years now, but will be sure to keep coming back after this positive customer experience!

If you’re looking for customer service, DO NOT come to this location. The last two times we’ve come here nobody has greeted us when we walked in or then acknowledged us when waiting to order. Is that the customer’s job at this Jamba location? The previous time I was here, another customer had to tell the employees her pastry had been done in the oven for over a minute. Employee response, “Oh, I forgot about that.” Everything reflects on management. I’ll be going to a different Jamba from now on.
