We like their sandwiches, however 9 times out of 10 they get our online order wrong. They do fix it, but it requires me checking the order before I leave the store. Also, the size difference between the mini and regular is barely noticeable. The photo shows 2 minis on top and a regular on the bottom.

I just tried to visit them, but they were closed. That, by itself, is not bad. What is bad is that both Google Maps—and their own web site—say that the store should be open, with more than two hours to go before closing. (I visited at 6:50; closing was supposed to be at 9.) I understand wanting to close early on the day before Thanksgiving, but please at least put a sign on the door saying what you are doing.

Would of been 5 stars, but my Philly cheese could of used more melted cheese and the meat was a bit on the dry side. I think it was more a reflextion on the person making the sandwich vs. The establishment.

Sorry to say, but worst sandwich ever in my life, with regard to taste, looks and overall presentation. I threw about 1/3 from the sandwich away, especially the last and lower part which was soaked in some white sauce! This is a pity as it was my first time ever at Jersey Mike’s - I even mentioned that to the staff when ordering; shouldnt these be your most important customers to cater to? First impression sticks … now, you will never, ever see me inside a Jersey Mike’s again …

Review is for the Buffalo Chicken. Unfortunately, I took a take out, otherwise I would have complaint right there.

In detail
1. Inside the bread, the sauce was on 1 side, the veggies were in the middle and the meat, you wont believe it, even hang out of the sandwich and got stuck to the side of the wrapping paper when I unpacked it - 1/4 of the meat was gone before i even started my sandwich
2. Point 1 meant, every time I took a bite on the ā€˜sauce side’, it spilled all over my mouth, shirt and wherever else … plus i only got sauce and bread, with no veggies or even meat in sight (cause it was located on the outside of the sandwich, stuck to the wrapping paper!)
3. Taste: not sure if it even was buffalo chicken; but if it was, hmmm … not sure if ā€˜Jersey Mike’ ever had some buffalo chicken but it surely didnt taste like, not the spicy side nor the sour side; there was no taste at all - well, how could it if all three parts of the sandwich were separated inside the sandwich! and the meat almost
looked like beef - possible my order got mixed up and i actually received a philly cheese or so?!?! I dont know … no idea what that taste should represent

Anyway, here some suggestions:
1. deliver outstanding sandwiches to your first time customers - they may come back!
2. take some pride in preparing sandwiches - make a sandwich that you yourself would love to eat!
3. Maybe get that bread a bit warmed up for the sandwiches! it was very weird to have warm food inside and a cold bread outside.

We almost always do a mobile order ahead of time, picking up is easy once the sandwiches are ready. Much better than other ā€œfastā€ sub shops, the meats and bread are always fresh.
