Amazing kulche!

Ordered a bhel puri. The taste was just okay, but I found a hair in it after a few spoons. I told the staff and they offered to replace it with something else, but I didn't take it since I had to leave. Unfortunately, they didn’t offer a refund or really apologize, which was disappointing. Hygiene and service need improvement.

I had to change my ratings. They increased the price of Vada pav 40% and the taste wise it is worse now.

For two Vada Pav, I had to wait for 40mins.
Not worth it.
Bay area has ample of options. Not returning.

We used to love this place for the North Indian Choley Kulche but the food has deteriorated over the year and really disappointed the last time we went. Saving grace is always the

This place has really, really good naan. They make it fresh every time. Delicious would recommend. The only con is that sometimes during Costco busy hours it’s hard to find parking but that can be resolved pretty easily.

Edit - 12/03 - the location changed. A lot more parking available since it’s right next to Sunnyvale Costco now. Had great sev puri and dahi puri. !!

V good vada pav, amritsari kulcha and shahi paneer. My go to place for those.

This is what was given to me for bread pakora. Literally just pathetic. It was stale and felt like all just dipped in oil. Definitely very bad experience compared to our
previous ones.

OMG, the best amritsari chole kulche i've ever had in US. Every bite is so delicious that even if you are full, you would want more.

P.S Vada is equally opposite to chole kulche in taste, don't even think of ordering.

The bestest Amritsari choley kulche one could have while in the bay area. This is a must try out place if you are a foodie and missing the taste of street food.

Johal Chaat & Curry serves up satisfying Indian street food in a casual, no-frills setting. While free parking can be a bit challenging to find, the friendly service and tasty dishes more than compensate. The outdoor seating might not be for everyone, but if you're okay with a bit of grit, it's a great spot to enjoy their flavorful offerings. The food is simple yet delicious, and the bhatura is a standout, not overly greasy like at some places. For a quick, affordable, and authentic Indian meal, Johal Chaat & Curry is a solid choice.
