Long wait time, crepe is overcooked, the filling is not fresh
Tried this place on a Saturday morning. Ordered 3 Jianbing and waited about 20 minutes. There are 2 small tables in the restaurant, most of the people are ordering takeouts. Unfortunately the food was also not good - it’s not authentic and far too thick / hard to eat. Not a fan of the sauce either. Overall a disappointing experience for us.
Wait times are too long waiting 20+ minutes to grab 2 crepes
The jian bing was delicious and there were 4 vegan jianbing options
Too sweet, too spicy, hard to bite. This should not be called Jianbing
Food is good but hard to eat - too big to pick up and also too hard to cut with a plastic knife and fork. You order from a screen and someone makes it in the back. Average wait I’d say is 5-10 minutes. 2 tables in the cafe. No wifi provided and no boba for the tea. Most people just do pick up and go here. I had the classic one.
Delicious Jianbing and fast, friendly service! A tasty hidden gem in Sunnyvale. Highly recommend!
OMG, I went there yesterday hoping to try their jianbing, but guess what — there were at least 50 flies swarming around the entrance! That likely means they have some serious hygiene issues.
plaza is dirty and smelly. Nobody shows up when you order on the kiosk and your food will be brought out in a black garbage bag.
Quick simple food that we crave! One is usually pretty big so me and my girlfriend will split one. So yummy.

I had never had the opportunity to have jian bing as I am allergic to eggs, so when I happened to notice that K Tea had a vegan version, I had to try it, and it did not disappoint! No separate vegan menu anymore, though. Honestly, 5 stars for the vegan jian bing--it was really tasty, and something I haven't found anywhere else! I also tried the tofu bao, but without the mayo (which has eggs in it), it didn't have much flavor, so I probably won't get it again. I also got the strawberry mojito with boba, and it was okay, although I usually like my boba to be a little chewier and less soft. It was fizzy, which was interesting, and did have fresh strawberries, mint, and lemon. Their ordering kiosk has good options for customizing food, but not really for drinks (I couldn't tell if the mojito normally came with boba, or even if they had any other toppings, so I had to ask for it in the notes field). My husband wanted to try it after I told him about it, so I picked up some jian bing after work--he got the tofu jian bing, and I think he's a fan now! For reference, the paper wrappers for the jian bing are in the utensil area (brown wax paper pockets). I thought they were another type of napkin the first time I came and was confused, so don't forget to grab those before you leave! The lower stars comes from the location (3 star location)--I think this used to be on Murphy proper in the spot Mayan Kitchen is in, and it currently has pretty much no sit down space and is to-go only, so you're pretty much getting take out no matter what. Also, the current location, while clean, is right next to where the pub next door piles their trash, so you have to walk past a cloud of flies to get there, which isn't the best impression. The interactions I have had with the workers were very nice, but they are mostly in the back and only emerge to dispense ordered food, which really makes the place deserted except that there's usually a DoorDash or other delivery person or two waiting on an order. I really hope they manage to get a better location or at least that the pub next door gets better trash management, because I think K Tea has a great and relatively unique food offering. I will be back again (my husband's going to want to try another "Asian crunch wrap," LOL), I just wish this was some place I could take my coworkers with me out to lunch since it's near my work, but with no seating and the trash area near the storefront, I'm hesitant to recommend it.
It was so unpalatable that I couldn’t bear to add more vegetables. The ham slices were not fresh and the cheese was unpalatable. The thick skin made it almost inedible. Just a little cabbage, ham, cheese and crispy fried dough sticks were gone! You can make money so quickly with only a dozen dollars😐
The food was okay but the boba tea was some of the worst I've had. We got the green thai milk tea and the oolong. The oolong/thai tastes powdery and the boba tasted like vegetable oil.
Wrap is too thin, over priced..

Food is relatively good but a bit overprice for the quantity. They still use plastic bag and take away plastic container. I am unlikely to come back until they switch to more environmental friendly container.
