Food was okay. The serving size is not as large as most brunch places. The ambiance is nice and the coffees are good. Will back to try their pancakes and waffles with some drinks. It’s a nice spot in Sunnyvale for sure!

My experience at KeKe’s was honestly disappointing despite hearing so many great things online. We waited 36 minutes before being seated, which I understand can happen when guests linger after finishing their meals — but even after being seated, the service didn’t improve.
It took 14 minutes before our waiter even came over, and during that time, I had to ask the host just to bring us water. When the waiter finally arrived, he didn’t bring any water — only menus — and asked if we were ready to order.
I ordered a fruit cup that I wanted as a starter, but it came out with my meal instead. I also asked for onion, lettuce, and mayo on the side for my burger, and although he repeated it back to me, my burger arrived plain with none of the requested toppings.
Throughout the meal, he never refilled our waters, even though our glasses were clearly empty every time he passed by. He only came to our table three times: once to take our order, once to drop off the food, and once to bring the check — which, ironically, was the fastest thing he did all visit.
The only saving grace was that the food itself was good, but the lack of attention, communication, and care in service made the overall experience frustrating. KeKe’s might have great reviews elsewhere, but this visit was definitely not a good reflection of that reputation.

Very long wait, but Edna is an amazing waitress and she made the experience 4 stars! She gets all the stars. She greeted mom and I with a smiles after we had been waiting. She apologized and rushed our order. She remained pleasant during the rush! Really appreciate her wonderful service, thank you, Edna!
Siyar was an excellent waiter alongside the fantastic food and atmosphere. I truly can’t recommend this restaurant enough because of the great food, price, atmosphere, location, and service provided by great waiters such as Siyar!

My friend and I decided to try something new and came here for breakfast. We both ordered Keke’s combo — he got pancakes, and I chose French toast. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t quite meet our expectations.
We both asked for scrambled eggs, but they were dry and overcooked. The pancake was generously sized, which I appreciated, but it was a bit doughy inside. They also forgot one of my French toast slices, and I had to ask two different servers before it finally arrived.
Service could definitely be improved — our waters were never refilled, and when I paid in cash, I wasn’t given the correct change.
This place has a lot of potential, and I really wanted to like it, but it fell short this time. I hope they’re able to make some changes to improve both the food and the overall service experience.

The food was decent, nothing special, but the wait to order, and then the wait for the food AND THEN the wait for the check...just too long honestly. While I can understand that weekend breakfast is always a busy time for restaurants, we were there early, like 8:30 am early. Crowds don't usually show until about 10am, so there wasn't many people in the restaurant at the time. Again, food not bad, a bit pricey for what it was honestly, but will not be returning because of the long waits at the table.
