The tall guy named john was quite helpful to me when i tried to order the #13 by telling me it was better to use the kfc app to pay 7 dollars instead of 13 for a chicken sandwich. Overall, good experience with staff and communication.

The young lady that helped me was friendly and helpful. What she couldn't help is the price of the food was outrageous. $75 for 12 piece meal, chicken tenders and a soda. All fast food is now way overpriced. For the same money, you can get great food in an actual restaurant.
The original recipe is nothing like it used to be. They may use the same 11 herbs and spices, but they are in such a small quantity, the flavor is gone. It was such an overpriced disappointment.

I wish everyone in the world had the attention that KFC employee 👏SHEILA 👏 greets customers with a smile, she is very kind, very cordial, very polite, I took the time to ask her name, to give this rating without her knowing it, really, attention like that, lifts a customer's spirits and takes away the tiredness of an exhausting day. (I am an Uber Eats delivery person, and in other stores, those of us who do this job, some employees look at us badly and are rude.
