the employees here, cheating customers by putting less items than orderd and later blaming customer for missing items. kfc should put camera or force them ro take photos of items with bill, before delivery. pray AI will replace these lazy people I spent 30 minutes to go back and they blame i am lying.

Located on El Camino, not far across from the popular Korean supermarket Hankook, in the thick of Sunnyvale business district, so access is made simple via Lawrence Expressway or El Camino. Since it's unusual that a fast food joint not located at major intersections, you may have to do a U-turn if you are coming from the Sunnyvale side, coming from Santa Clara you don't have this problem.
Parking was plenty, and I made my mobile orders of 8-piece fried chickens for $10 on KFC Tuesday specials via my KFC app, it was there when I get there. As I alwales order extra crispy, and this location somehow makes them REALLY crispy unlike my go-to KFC on Maude Avenue, so I'm glad I was able to try this location out, as I was shopping at Hankook yesterday. Next time, I think I will pick up at this location instead, just needs to negotiate an extra U-turn, no big deal if the chickens were EXTRA crispy 😋😋👅👅

Haven’t been to KFC in some time but probably won’t be back based on price and wait. For a 6 piece tender it’s $17! That’s not even the meal. Also, wait took forever to get food. Main thing behind fast food is the quickness. Everyone is waiting in the parking lot for their food after they ordered in the drive thru.
