Visited KFC recently and was impressed by the outstanding service from Octavio at the cashier. Friendly and professional, he made my experience a delight. The KFC-wraps combo was delicious too. Big thanks to Octavio for his exceptional hospitality. Highly recommended!

Came around 11am and was craving fried chicken and this KFC didn't disappoint like the other ones. The chicken was immaculate. Just juicy, crispy, and most of all tender on the inside. The mash was just perfect unlike other KFC places where it's usually watery. I also got the spicy chicken sandwich, it wasn't that spicy but it was amazing like the chicken, the fries were just the right amount of crispiness. Overall best KFC in the Area. The photo doesn't do this spot justice. Also kudos to the black Gma you can tell she knows how to cook.Parking: Came in the around 11 am, plenty of space and reserve parking.
The staff is friendly and helpful here. The food here is above average for a KFC, with all the sides you expect. Pleasantly surprised that the white meat chicken pieces were not dry. This location is definitely a step above many of the other locations.Parking: Never seen this dedicated parking lot even close to capacity.

Please make sure when you leave with your order I was missing with mashed potato and gravy I had to come all way back and I asked them for this but they were like this ????Very bad service even it was there fault never want to see there faces again

This review is from my very own parents, Alfredo & Mildred. They had a great experience with Josefina, store manager and the incredible service and freshly made food that was served to them. They thought the chicken was crispy and freshly fried which is exactly how they want it. They were so happy to eat this because it's been a long time this KFC location was serving decent chicken. They are happy the chicken was made perfectly and hope this is here to stay. Everything else was exceptional from the sides, etc. They would like to thank Josefina and her effort in wanting to make freshly made food. Because of her, my parents are happy again to come eat! Thank you Josefina

We came to KFC at 1065 East El Camino Real to order food and KIMEY, the cashier was in a hurry and very very rude getting our order. We were trying to get one of KFC’s cake and carefully checking the discard date on the sticker. One is going to be discarded on that same day and the other in two days. She got so upset on us checking the discard dates and she kept on saying so many times in a rude raised voice about those dates that as she said “It doesn’t matter “, “It’s all the same”. Then she started removing the stickers of the discard date and place the cakes back on the counter. We could have let it go but her behavior was so rude so we answered back that for us those discard dates matter and very important. You can feel that the way she reacted in this incident gave us doubts whether KFC is selling fresh food or not. With her arrogant attitude she needs a good customer service training and she should know that expiration or discard dates are very important especially for food.

It is not “fried to order” for sandwiche. I ordered a chicken sandwich and some wings. I saw the young lady server put a chicken patty directly from the rack. As I expected, it is soooooo tough and dry.If you can’t make “fried to order”, why you claim that?
