Good location with both KFC and Tacobell inside. The strange thing is that you can order online for KFC but not Tacobell. We liked the Crispy fried chicken, and the coleslaw was very tasty. We slice the biscuits in half and pop them into the Airfrier for a couple of minutes and eat them with a ranch sauce for the best taste.

Everything about this place sucked and I wasnt even there. I door dashed the new bbq sandwich and it was smogged into the sauce, it was disgusting. They got my order wrong and didnt give me my mashed potato sticks. They forgot my biscuit. My wife enjoys the biscuits from kfc but I bet this places biscuits suck anyways. I would give this negative stars if I could. Horrible stuff.

Honestly I am very disappointed at the food and the service. Today my wife and I decided to give it a second chance since we just moved to this area. The first time she went to get us food the food was stale like it was sitting for an hour or so, and they had gotten our order wrong. The cashier didn't add the sauces my wife asked them for. And the dude was rude to her. This time we both went and the same scenario where the food was stale , and cold , they didn't give us any sauces and the cashier wasn't paying attention to what we were asking for.

its 9:15 and they are still not open causinv me to be late
No matter what time you go there they NEVER have enough chicken cooked. It is always can you wait 10 to 20inutes for your order!!! Then they forget to put things ordered in there. Left off all 3 biscuits last time. The slender lady who is Mexican I think is aware of the problem and does nothing to improve the service. It is awful on a daily basis. They need new management Asap! The pieces of the chicken is so small you can eat it all in one bite. They have went downhill for sure. Skimpy on honey for your biscuits also. It is pathetic.

Not hot but warm, soggy. Be careful. Go to El Camino near Jack in the box or Wendy's by Lawrence and El Camino. Superb place, but it was a distance for me. Near Lawrence expressway. It's an actual real chain. 8 went to one that served taco bell and KFC. I didn't want it, they didn't know how to refund since it's a special on The app. Lost $20 like that.
I'm not one to typically review chains, but the last couple times I have come here they have been so friendly and kind! 5 stars.

Standard fast food experience at this KFC location in Sunnyvale. Funky layout for the parking lot, as to get out of some spots you have to backup into the drive-thru lane. Located in a busy shopping plaza, so traffic can be a bit chaotic. Service was quick and friendly.

We ordered family meal take out last night for a bday celebration. When we got home, the chicken was cold, and skin was stale as if the chicken pieces were left over for awhile.
This is very disappointing and we will never order from KFC again.
