I've been dining at King Wah Chinese Restaurant maybe over 10 years now! They have an extensive menu to choose from! The food here is consistently good! So good in fact that I travel across town just to have their food! I believe it's a family owned business! The food is great and the people that work here are even better! I always get great service whether it's dine-in or take-out! I'll continue to patronize King Wah! They have maintained a high level of quality in the food they serve and the customer service they offer!

We just got into town, picked a place based on reviews and food pics and we got super lucky. We ordered Young Chow Fried Rice & General Tso's Chicken. The rice was firm and chewy and absolutely delicious!!! The General's Chicken was really good too but the sauce was a smidge too tangy but delicious. We didn't receive any white rice with the General's chicken which was a little disappointing because that meant that I had to share my fried rice. Lol. If you're on the fence about trying this place, jump that fence and go. Very, very good food. The staff was very nice and our take out came out quickly.

Forgive us for being ignorant on current abbreviations, I humbly ask Julia Y. What does it mean by SO in her review? The food and the prices are OK, nothing special. The pancakes in our Mu Shu order were very old, not fresh. Would like to have more plum sauce. The dish itself was simple and cooked to order. The owner lady could have been more welcoming or friendlier to her customers, though.

Honestly, my girlfriend and I wanted to try a new place and figured we'd go here since it was close by and the ratings seemed okay.Unfortunately my girlfriend's order was wrong and the food was bitter and tasted pretty off. Americanized chinese food or not, I'm pretty sure shrimp isn't supposed to taste like spoiled shellfish. We ended up getting sick from it. Maybe eventually we'll give this place an other shot but for now it's on our avoid list. And especially the seafood on the menu.

I decided to get some to-go after seeing some of the pictures from this place. This is what happens when I start cleaning up my To-Try list. This definitely has a bit of that Americanized Chinese food feel, which has its place of nostalgia in the SO's and my heart. We definitely had some hits and misses, but overall it was a great experience! We ordered: 1. Green beans with beef, 2. Young Chow Fried Rice, and 3. Broccoli chicken The green beans were as salty and delicious as they looked from the pics. It was the main reason I pushed for us to come here. Well, we will definitely be ordering that again. The beef was done exceptionally well, so we will likely try another beef dish next time. The Young Chow fried rice was OK. It was definitely over-powered by the green bean's saltiness and some of the pork in it was over dry. Maybe if I eat the leftovers tomorrow and add some soy and spice to it, it will perk up. The broccoli chicken was also OK. The chicken was a bit uneven in how well it was cooked. Some of it was juicy and perfectly done like the beef, and some of it was over-dry. It was a bit of a hit or miss. We were told the food would be ready in 20min and we got there maybe a little over 20min and it was ready for us. The estimate was pretty good and we didn't have to wait. I would definitely be up to explore more of the menu and the price was more than fair for the portions given. The SO and I found a dish we liked a lot and the others were not bad, so we look forward to finding something else we both enthusiastically like. Food: 3.5 stars Price: 4 stars Avg: 3.75

I enjoy the items from their full menu a lot. Some of my favorites are 八珍豆腐煲 (8 treasures tofu clay pot) + 煎麵 (crispy noodles)

I love eating here! My dad constantly orders here and everything is always delicious! They also have the best honey walnut shrimp in my opinion. My favorites are: Beef stew on rice, shrimp fried rice, honey walnut shrimp, seafood chow fun, beef chow fun, Peking duck with rice. My dad usually orders a fried egg on top too. So good! I definitely recommend eating here. Portions are great as well :)

They have always been good with great food. A very small hole in the wall joint but pleasant customer service.

My family and I are so obsessed with this place!! We've been here multiple times and have ordered take out many more times. I've since moved from Sunnyvale so I'm placing all my trust in you guys to keep this place open during this pandemic! Whenever we are back in town, we always make an attempt to come here. All their dishes that are fried in batter (i.e. walnut shrimp, princess chicken, Peking short ribs) are really good. There must be something in how they make their batter cause it's always the perfect level of crispiness! My all time favorite dish here is their Walnut Shrimp. Even when we've ordered take out and don't get to eat our food until 30 minutes later, the Walnut Shrimp is still perfectly crispy. My SO and I talk about the walnut shrimp here at least once a month lol! They seem to get pretty busy around dinner time so it's probably best to call in your order and pick it up about 30 mins later!

Wow! It may look like an Americanized Chinese joint off Murphy but King Wah is so much more than that. There's some really amazing Cantonese style dishes that they serve up here. I've ordered the Salt & Pepper Pork Chops, Singapore Mai Fun (Rice Noodles), Peking Pork Chops, Eggplant with Minced Pork and Garlic Sauce, and the Dry Beef Chow Fun. I haven't been disappointed yet! Each dish fills the takeout container to the brim and is so flavorful. They made sure to poke some holes when I got the Salt & Pepper Pork Chops so that it wouldn't get soggy. They even gave some chili oil when requested. They have a really simple online ordering system ( if you're a little phone shy. You can pick up and pay at the restaurant if you order through this website and it'll be ready to pick up in the time designated. If you want some good, well cooked Chinese staples, try King Wah!

Curbside service available. Delicious, quality ingredients are served in generous portions. This is legitimate Chinese food! The lighting on the block is not the best but I walk there away night with my dog. It's in a neighborhood of $1m homes and across from senior citizen condos.
