Very poor customer service by staff and the Manager. Food was good, they should hire professional staff/Manager.

I’ve been a regular at Lados for years, but today’s experience was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. Ordered three burgers, but they only packed two. Realized this after driving 30 minutes home. When I called, “Riyan”admitted their mistake but refused to help—no offer for delivery, no reimbursement if I reordered via a delivery app, just a basic refund for the missing burger. No apology, no effort to fix their mistake, and he wouldn’t even let me speak to the manager, Ness. If they knew they messed up, why wait for my call instead of reaching out? This level of customer service is unacceptable. Maybe their staff changed recently but the experience was screaming ARROGANCE on their part.

This place used to be incredible but it is clear the owners have gotten away from the day to day operations and it shows in the kind of food

They have a good zinger burger, which is our go-to on the menu. Fries and lassi are not always great, lassi on the thicker side

We ordered the Zinger Burger with Crazy Curry Fries, the Bomb Kebob with Masala Fries, and a Mango Lassi. Everything was delicious, especially the Crazy Curry Fries.
Although I really enjoyed the food, it might be a bit strong in terms of spice for some people. For example, the Crazy Curry Fries contain cilantro, so if you're not a fan, be cautious. As for the Bomb Kebob, while I liked it and found it flavorful, the spice level was somewhat strong, so keep that in mind.

I ordered the Shahi Paneer Wrap, and unfortunately, it was disappointing. There were too many vegetables and very little paneer. On top of that, the roti was undercooked and tasted like raw maida. I hope this can be improved. I got sick after eating this and came with stomach flu.

The zinger burger is a win! Highly recomnend as a fulfilling meal. The place is small and doesn't have a lot of seating area, so very cafeteria vibes but halal options and reasonable prices make it a good place.

Parking: Spots are limited, need to park on street unless lucky.

Update: reducing the rating because this restaurant always forgets to include their sauce when I order delivery of the Zinger piece. And without sauce it's not as good.

Original review: One of the better among Indian & Pakistani food places in the Bay Area. They've a chill ambience, nice for dining in.
Their french fries are some of the best I've ever had. Zinger burger is the other item that's excellent. We also liked the shammi kebab, the shahee paneer paratha wrap, and the curry fries.

The chole was watery and not very flavorful.

Service and atmosphere is off putting. But the Zinger chicken sandwich was fantastic. This place is a solid 3.5. Very odd dining area with clutter stacked in the corner of the dining area and an ottoman blocking the restroom. The restroom was out of order. I wouldn't hesitate to order if someone other than myself was picking up to bring back.

Zinger 9/10 (can used better sauce like chilli garlic)
Chapli Wrap 8/10 (good meat amount but using dawn frozen paratha)
Bomb Burger 5/10 (nothing bomb in it, was expecting real spicy)
Dahi Papri Chat 9/10 (awesome, could be a little more hot)

Wheelchair accessibility: Single Floor level.
No Designated Handicap parking spot.
Seating/Maneuvering can be challenging on a crowded day.

The food was great and provided quickly. There really isn't any atmosphere or ambience. The day I visited, it was too hot inside to eat so we used the picnic tables.

Parking: Not a huge lot but seemed more than adequate

It’s in a residential neighborhood with a gravel parking lot so it can be unassuming or difficult to find. The zinger burger is surprisingly good for the price. The price, quality, and quantity ratio is excellent. There’s always a bunch of people eating inside which is a good sign.
