Terrible experience! The staff here were very rude and refused to let me use the restroom. Their behavior was completely disrespectful and unwelcoming. I’ll never come back, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

We frequently pick-up dinner from Noor Indian Fusion's Oakland location which is pick-up/delivery only. Ordering online on their website is simple and the food is ready quickly. The portions are generous and the food is delicious.

From the start, this place was a mess. When we called to place an order, the girl on the phone asked for our name (which we carefully spelled out), then oddly asked if we were dining in or taking out, even though this location doesn’t have dine in service. She also asked how many people were eating, which again made no sense for a to go order.
When we arrived, there was no one to assist. After calling again multiple times, the same girl apologized and said our order “didn’t go through” and would need to be made now, which would take another 10 minutes. We waited, only for a worker to come out repeatedly calling out a completely different name. After the third time another person brought him back out and when I asked how he had a different name, he just didn't care. He did not apologize for what had transpired.
By the time we finally got our food, 45 minutes had passed and food was cold. The whole experience was chaotic, disorganized, and dismissive. I’ve never seen such poor service. Definitely won’t be returning.

We ordered catering from here and it was wonderful! Our group thought the food was extremely fresh and flavorful. Noor delivered the food in a warmer which kept the food warm for hours. Highly recommend!

At this location it is not a restaurant. When placing an order over the phone they do not mention it is not a restaurant. They describe it as a food court. I can tell you it's definitely not a food court. It's a tiny little room that has a few metal lockers and five or six electronic displays. I was never instructed over the phone that this was not a restaurant nor did they instruct me on how to pick up the food at these electronic displays. It was a complete waste of my time. I'm sure the food might have been good but it was just a very frustrating experience

Take out only, my second trip to the food hall, everything went very smooth no issues except for one, ***Please Please oh Please!!!*** I ordered for 4, we all ordered similar dishes, not any the same, but the containers weren't Labeled. All it takes is a magic marker!!! Label the tops of the containers Please! What a mess trying to figure out what was what, no bueno

I ordered takeout from this restaurant and was seriously impressed. The chicken biryani was flavorful and cooked just right — honestly one of the best I’ve had in a while. I also got the butter chicken and garlic cheese naan, and both were delicious. Everything tasted fresh and well-balanced. No complaints at all. Really happy with the food, and I’ll definitely be ordering again soon!
