I usually shop at Madras Groceries and buy mostly bajji at Madras Food Court. Bajji taste is always inconsistent sometimes it is crispy, sometimes soggy and always too salty. I hope you can fix this as bajji is not available anywhere else. Recently they introduced Ind-Chinese - I tried the gobi (cauliflower) manchurian semi gravy and also got veg noodles - both were super tasty with good quantity. I highly recommend their indo-chinese dishes. Of course Idli, Dosa and Vada with chutneys is awesome all the time. Service I have to say is very good and quick.

Quantity of curry has reduced. Rotis given were hard almost like rock and can easily tell that rotis from few days ago were packed in takeaway. I have bought food many times from here and this is one of the times when I think the person packing really did deceived by giving stale chapatis. Very disappointed

I took three technology degrees so I could come to California, America, which is a paradise. But SUMEET takes my pleasure aay of enjoying this paradise called America.
I have been coming for twenty years since I moved to California for my High Tech job. And never stopped coming to you as I bought and sold different houses. But unless you can remove SUMEET, I will stop making my daily one hours to and fro on El Camino to get your food.
But SUMEET has made my life miserable. So I stopped coming to you. He sabotages every order of mine, in every order of mne. Does the exact opposite of what I say. Orders me about as if I am his employee.
> Every single time he gives me food that falls apart in my car. And I end up cleaning counters, ruining my golden LEXUS. > If I order North Indian thali. He gives me South Indian Thali. And I throw away half of south indian things. that I do not like. > He orders me to come after 3 PM when TAML is there. Since he does not want to give me food. > He orders me to use yot wooden spring loaded things that keep hitting me back with trash. And I have to shower every day. > He knows that I start coughing on stress. THerefore he causes me more stress by sabotaging every visit of mine.
The list is endless. I will not be coming there again. UNtil you move SUMEET away from Madras Food Court.
I went sometime back hoping I will pick up subzis (pappu) for dinner. The crowd management in the store is non-existent. I kept waiting in line for 15 minutes and i was behind the person who was ordering food at the counter. If a person is indecisive about ordering - ideal thing to do is to pull them aside and let them decide what they want. The root problem is this slow Q mngt is that they never publish their prices - neither in the store nor on the website. Customer first spends five minutes asking prices and then rest of the five minutes ordering.
I was so put off by the whole experience of just standing in line, that I decided to finally not buy anything. Ended up going to Apna mandi to pick up food.
