Unfortunately, the indo-chinese options didn't quite meet the same standards. The flavors were quite ordinary, lacking the vibrancy and depth expected. Therefore, I would suggest focusing on the south indian selections for a truly memorable meal.

The food here is great! The idlis are super soft, the vadai is really crispy (a bit oily though), the chapathi and kurma are so homely and nice, sambar and chutney taste great (sambar could be thicker though).
The only issue here is the wait time for food. I’ve usually seen only 1 person taking orders as well as preparing the food. So it’s a good 20 minutes post ordering to receive your food. They could use more staffing to help offer quicker service.

Food portions are reasonable for price. I really enjoyed the poori and ghee roast. It's usually my go-to dishes. Mango lassi is smaller in portion for the price. Order at the front, pay then have a seat. They'll bring out your order. It's authentic food not the American version. We usually come here often.
This place deserves much more popularity. I’ve been going here for a couple of years now and have never been disappointed. All dosas are great - particularly recommend their rava dosa, madurai malli dosa, and peanut kara dosa (if you can eat spicy)! Idli, vada, masal vada, sambhar, rasam and chutneys, everything is good :)

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The food was of poor quality, and my order arrived very late. Even worse, there was no proper response or apology from the staff. The lack of basic hospitality and accountability was shocking. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel clearly, guest satisfaction is not a priority here.
