The people here barely spoke English could not understand what we ordered they kept giving me sweet tea that was not sweet and the first time they gave me tea that had been sitting all day it was so stale and it was not sweet then I asked for extra caramel in my frappuccino they did not do it they made the food get cold because we kept waiting on them to get the drinks right and then they started talking to each other in Spanish and that is inappropriate in a workplace and you are serving customers that are non-Spanish speaking this was definitely a horrible experience

Server told me to wait in drive thru pick up and gave my order to the wrong car. Had to wait extra long for them to remake my food. Changing to 1 star. Shouldn’t take over 40 min to remake one order. I have no clue what this place is doing
You're better off going to the gas station next door. I spent forever going back and forth with the drive thru cashier who either doesn't speak enough English to do the job or is just deadset on refusing to listen and being fully incompetent. I'm very clearly saying ONLY these things on the burger. Proceeds to spend 5 minutes pushing every single button except the only button and I finally just settled on getting upcharged for the wrong thing. They then proceeded to give our other order to the car in front of us, pull us around to the other side of the building and give us the wrong order for our other order too. So we spent just shy of half an hour for both of us to get the wrong food.

Food is tasty like every mcdonald's are.
The employees are great, English and Spanish.
Although clear communication needs improvement, otherwise, it's going well.

This was a return visit as we noticed the food was great AND hot. This time was still good but didn't get the bbq sauce asked for with chicken nuggets so didn't enjoy as much.
