Server told me to wait in drive thru pick up and gave my order to the wrong car. Had to wait extra long for them to remake my food. Changing to 1 star. Shouldn’t take over 40 min to remake one order. I have no clue what this place is doing

You're better off going to the gas station next door. I spent forever going back and forth with the drive thru cashier who either doesn't speak enough English to do the job or is just deadset on refusing to listen and being fully incompetent. I'm very clearly saying ONLY these things on the burger. Proceeds to spend 5 minutes pushing every single button except the only button and I finally just settled on getting upcharged for the wrong thing. They then proceeded to give our other order to the car in front of us, pull us around to the other side of the building and give us the wrong order for our other order too. So we spent just shy of half an hour for both of us to get the wrong food.

The employees are great, English and Spanish.
Although clear communication needs improvement, otherwise, it's going well.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are open spaces with some extended table without seats for wheelchair.

This was a return visit as we noticed the food was great AND hot. This time was still good but didn't get the bbq sauce asked for with chicken nuggets so didn't enjoy as much.

Terrible service today. We ordered around 3:50pm, which took so long, I followed it up around 4:20, and again it took so long for them to prepare and was incomplete, so need to go back again. Very poor and unfriendly crew/customer service. They don't smile, they don't answer you, or look at you, they literally ignore you. And my caramel macchiato tasted like alcohol. ?♀️
