Enchilada made with leftover chicken. Very small potion. The service was bad. They never bring us the chip and salsa.

Horrible service, often cold, cold tortillas not freshly made, and they get upset if you ask them for something like more sauce, salt or lemon, etc.We were customers here but today the service was terrible

Food was okay - for Sunnyvale. It’s the waiter and server that come off hostile, almost like they don’t want to serve people. We had a group of 6 people and them male waiter seemed annoyed by the little questions we had about the menu. When the food arrived, the female server wasn’t happy when serving us the food and when we asked for extra items. Two of our guests ordered micheladas with a specific beer. As a result, they charged us a michelada plus the imported beer. Anywhere else, this would’ve been just a couple bucks since it’s not a domestic beer. We were essentially charged for two drinks here.Ordering here is confusing. For dine-in, they drop off your menu and come to you when ordering. We did that but there were no additional check-ins once we got our food or to pay. We had to go to the take out table to pay. So just a heads up if you decide to dine in.

This place has been here for such a long time, maybe different owners, my parents took me here as a kid! Good times! This reminds me of the street tacos in Mexico. I am giving them five stars because the customer service was on point, and I didn't mind waiting for our food to be made fresh. I got three asada tacos with green sauce just plain and simple, I taper off my condiments and calories at the end of the year to avoid gaining weight, It's not easy, but my body thanks me for it. We ordered our food in Spanish, so it was easier and clearer to communicate with our server that day. The place had maybe a couple of people mid-day, we took out time to eat no rush. My friend got two sopes with hella condiments and it looked so SWEET. Enso forever!Pozole.Menudo.Clean."Won't you take me away, sweet musicTake me away.Never lead me astray, I use itto get me through the day."- Corey Scoffern aka The Grouch

I got a bunch of food to go. The lady helping me seemed super nice. Make sure to look at the printed pictures. The menu doesn't capture everything they can make. Triaps tacos were my personal favorite here; a mix of chewy and crispy. Al Pastor quesdilla felt heavy with the copious amount of cheese, but everyone enjoyed it. Carnitas were just boiled/braised pork. For what it was, it tasted pretty surprisingly good. I did not like the texture of the barbacoa at all. It lacked flavor compared to everything else. The restaurant is clean and spacious. If you are looking for a super casual spot to sit down, not a bad choice.

A small Mexican restaurant with authentic food. Enjoyed the Barbarossa El conde which was flavorful soup with tender meat. Tacos were excellent.

I had ordered $80.00 worth of food from this restaurant for pick up. I requested two orders of Menudo in separate bags. When my order was handed to me, i noticed my condiments were in a big tray. I asked the older Lady at the register if i could have a small extra condiment tray since it's two orders. she stated if she could have the big tray back. Once i brought it back she handed me a small plastic spoon and stated to do it my self. On the table by the register counter?! i was appalled since i was holding money. She then continued and to point to the restroom stating i was able to wash my hands first. Not the response i should have experienced. Especially after buying a big order. I told her this is poor service and she stated to bring my food back from the vehicle to get a refund?! Again very appalled since i never mentioned of a refund or that i didn't care for my food. I simply requested for them to separate my condiments or give me a small amount of condiments for my order. I do believe the older lady was under a lot of stress. she even grabbed her face at a certain point when asking for a bag. She ended up giving me a separate condiment tray with onions. lemons, cilantro, etc after blowing a small request out of proportion. They need to let this lady rest and get another person that won't drive folks away from this restaurant. This place us to thrive. Very sad to let this place go. Time to venture off and find another restaurant that serves Menudo with better customer service.
