MetroCity is the best! I love the staff. I love the food. They all have big hearts in how they run the restaurant and its values. Please come by and bring the family for a great time in Sunnyvale. Came here for a work event and food was not great. Maybe the order was not great because it was a line up of friend dishes but the restaurant should have guided better.

Great location for a holiday party! For our triathlon club's year-end celebration, our 75 guests had the whole restaurant to ourselves. Frank was very flexible and accommodating throughout the process from planning our buffet-style menu and event layout, to setting up our video on the large screen tv, to letting us arrange tables, audio equipment, decorations exactly as we wished. During the evening, when he found out one of our guests is vegan, Frank offered to fix her some vegan burritos separately from what our buffet provided. The entire time, the staff were friendly and helpful, and everything went smoothly and exactly as we wished. There was plenty of delicious food (and believe me, triathletes are BIG eaters), many tasty options, and the staff even offered us take-home boxes so that every bit of leftover morsel was snatched up by our guests. Price-wise we found Metro City good value for the price and particularly for a nice restaurant on S. Murphy Ave. that we could make our own for a busy Saturday evening. Thank you, Metro City!

Waited for 45 minutes. Food is not worth the wait. New York Steak is average. Coconut prawn is good tho. Loco moco is below average, the burger is a bit bitter.

The waitress who served us was very rude, she never came over to ask if the food was okay, we wanted an extra loaf of bread for my husband, we had to ask the bass boy for it, we asked the bass boy for dessert because the waitress never showed up, and she made a rude gesture at us, I think they had too many tables to serve but that's not the customer's problem, I worked as a waitress for more than 30 years and what I can say is that the service was very bad.

The California pasta is a must🤌

I come here for brunch occasionally and the service is always quite good.

Unfortunately I've noticed the food quality dropping. The crab cakes do not seem to contain crab, only imitation krab. I wouldn't mind if the menu was transparent about it.

This is still a nice place to stop by but I'd keep my expectations tapered.

Nice place to host a birthday. Separate to dine and dance. The owner was accommodating and easy to speak with. My daughter celebrated her birthday bash at Metro!

Loved this place. We ate our meal outside on the street which the street is closed off from cars. Staff great. Multiple asking if we needed refills or if everything was ok. Good was fantastic. Best breakfast meals we had in a long time. Plus I had breakfast with a beautiful lady. 10 out of 10. Come try this place.

The food was awful. I ordered a deep fried sandwich and was given a grilled sandwich. It also took our server 10 minutes to check on us. And only because we flagged her down. Awful. Never go here
