I can see what the glowing reviews are all about...Been here for lunch a couple of times and was helped by Steve. I think he might be the owner. Unlike other Pho spots the menu here is tiny. I mean one page! According to Steve, their philosophy is to keep the menu simple, small and concentrate on the quality of the food. No frills restaurant with amazing specialty rice noodle soup. We had crab soup and tomato soup, $18 each. On the pricier side but the contents are solid. There's a near fist-sized meatball in the tomato soup ?. There's lemongrass or some kind of minty herbs in the soup that really completed the taste profile. Also loved the fried shallots on top. We'd definitely come back!
