Amazing service! I accidentally placed my order at the wrong location, but the staff at this branch were so kind and made my drink again for me. It was incredibly nice of them. The milk tea was also delicious! Highly recommend this place for their great drinks and wonderful customer service.

Went in for âtrainingâ and was expected to make the drinks w/o proper training or certification. I understand at the time (June 2023) theyâve just opened and was trying to get their business in order. But it was a huge mess making drinks before I walked in, and there was no system. Most of the ingredients and tools were mixed with others..so if a customer was highly allergic/sensitive to a specific ingredient, I wouldnât recommend this place for you.
Iâm a coffee barista with 10+ years customer experience and 3yrs coffee barista experience and Iâm used to having structure and a clean-working training system. I was willing to learn from MoonTeaâŠbut they ended up excusing me for not knowing how to make their drinks⊠because it was all on the spot. Not much training at all. Then they paid me $50 for that ONE day for under 1-2Hours of being there. âweâll contact you when we need you.â I never heard back from MoonTea again.

My favorite bubble tea shop in the Bay Areaâhands down, the best! I drink it almost every day, and my go-to is the Peach Oolong. The staff are always so nice, too. Today I even brought my dog when picking up my drink, and the friendly (and handsome!) guy offered some whipped cream just for my pup. Such a generous servingâmy dog was over the moon! What a lovely evening where both humans and pups felt truly cared for.

I love their milk tea! I usually get mine with 0% sugar and lactose-free milk. I mostly order online and pick it up at the store. Parking can be a bit tricky right next to the place sometimes, but about 80% of the time, I manage to find a spot nearby and grab my drink without hassle.
