I just ordered two stinky tofu. I placed my order at 530pm. Until 6. I didn't get my order and i waited long time( i am the first one to use the order machine and the store is not busy). I find the staff and told my situation. They take my order out now (in one minute) and told me it is new one, it is a system problem to cause my order delayed. But the problem is behind my order number, They all took away. Only my order has system issue. It is unacceptable! If i don't find the staff, i believe that i need to wait more than one hour to wait for my order! Please find the staff If you all the customer wait more than 10 mins.

Moon Tea is my best kept secret and go-to milk tea places every time I craze for real, simple yet bold teas! There are plenty of parkings around and you can park at visitor spots inside the garage if necessary. It’s convenient located at the corner of El Camino Real and Pastoria Rd, a cute corner tea shop with plenty of outdoor seatings. You can easily come here, grab one or two of their freshly crafted teas, an authentic regional snacks such as their stinky tofu (my favorite!) and cold noodles, and enjoy a simple yet satisfying lunch! Make sure to come early in the weekend because the line tends to be long.
My usual orders are Osmanthus, Lychee and Peach Oolong milk teas. The teas are strong, flavorful and paired so well with their cream, making it go smoothly down with every sip and leaving a lasting enjoyable after taste. Every single friend and family I recommended here becomes addicted to the tea here. Some of them even drive 5-6 times a week from San Jose just to grab the milk teas here. You’ve been warned LOL!
They occasionally give out freebies such as fans and tote bags. The fans are well structured and of high quality. If you order online and come to pick up, it may be faster but the price is higher than when you come and order at the store ($6 vs $5). There is an ordering machine conveniently located by the entrance and very user friendly.
This store of pet friendly too if you want to bring your fur babies with you for a tea run :)

While we enjoyed our drink, I had to take 2 stars off for the wait. We waited 47 minutes for 2 drinks. They were enough people making drinks so not sure why it took so long. It was also busy but not THAT busy. I highly recommend to order ahead of time.

My teeth are still hurting while eating or even drinking water after a day of recovery. I now have to see a dentist! This is an outrageous food safety issue.

Waited for ~30min and cancelled the order at the end, so can't rate the food. While I was cancelling they were making my drink. If you want to grab a nice cold drink on a hot afternoon and go on with your day, this is not the place. The shop is small, filled with people and delivery folks waiting for the orders. I was sweating inside. It's nice that they let me cancel though, should have done it earlier.

Moon Tea is a convenient spot located at a busy intersection in Sunnyvale. With a small parking lot in the back, it's easy to stop by for a quick drink. The ordering process is simple, with a kiosk available for placing your orders.
While there's no indoor seating, there are a few limited outdoor tables for those who prefer to enjoy their drinks outside.
I tried their lychee milk tea, which was a decent option. However, it wasn't quite what I expected from a traditional milk tea. It didn't come with any boba, and the milkiness was noticeably absent (pay special attention to the details of the drink - if there is milk in the tea then they'll call it out in the description) Despite this, the drink was still enjoyable and reasonably priced.
Overall, Moon Tea is a decent choice for a quick and affordable drink in Sunnyvale.
I don’t know why every milk tea comes with cream on top. I just want normal milk tea instead of creative one
