Amazing service! I accidentally placed my order at the wrong location, but the staff at this branch were so kind and made my drink again for me. It was incredibly nice of them. The milk tea was also delicious! Highly recommend this place for their great drinks and wonderful customer service.
My favorite bubble tea shop in the Bay Area—hands down, the best! I drink it almost every day, and my go-to is the Peach Oolong. The staff are always so nice, too. Today I even brought my dog when picking up my drink, and the friendly (and handsome!) guy offered some whipped cream just for my pup. Such a generous serving—my dog was over the moon! What a lovely evening where both humans and pups felt truly cared for.
Perfect for someone who prefers more tea flavors to creaminess, who doesn’t really care much about add-ons, and/or who doesn’t like their milk tea to be too sweet or too heavy.
