I ordered a pizza from Mountain Mike's in Sunnyvale today. I received my pizza very quickly; I didn't have to wait at all. The pizza was very delicious and crispy. I don't think any other place makes better pizza than Mountain Mike's. Whoever made the pizza did a great job, and the customer service was excellent.

I had a very disappointing experience at Mountain Mike’s Pizza in Sunnyvale. The manager, named Zee, was extremely rude and unprofessional. There was also a significant language barrier that made communication difficult. Overall, it was a frustrating visit, and I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.

Very rude staff. Will not order from here again. We booked their party room in person for a soccer party, 2 days before the party. When we arrived, the party room was occupied. The staff had given away the room and we ended up having to have the party outside in the dark and cold. We did not even get a sorry from the staff.
