Nature's Organic Ice Cream

Appreciate the middle eastern flavors here: falooda, saffron pistachio, cardamom pistachio. The small serving is honestly a small, very healthy and appropriate size but feels a little steep at $6. The falooda flavor was pleasantly rose and floral without being overbearing. Didn't feel like the base mix stood out in any particular way in terms of smoothness or richness

Very tasty and definitely one of the best ice cream shops around! Our favorite was the Falooda. We got the option with four flavors for $12.99, which is a great way to try more than one. Highly recommend if you enjoy unique and delicious flavors.

The customer service is remarkable, very friendly and hospitable, the ice cream was delicious all of the menus are straight forward it’s so hard to choose because all of them are good. I will come back for more. Highly recommended 😍😍😍

Great ice cream spot!

Super cute and clean! I got the mint chip and hubby got the birthday cake. It was creamy and just great overall.

Staff were kind and the service was great. We didn’t have to wait long at all.

They have gluten free options and some seating inside. They also take American Express cards.

Pretty rude older lady (I think the same from another review). Opening time says noon on Google Maps, we pull up at 12:45 and it’s not open. We get on our way, then at a little past 1:00, I decide to call again since we’re nearby. They do pick up this time and after confirming they’re open and that they opened at 1:00 today, I tell them they should update their hours on maps, and the lady on the phone rudely tells me I should have checked their website. That’s that, we go in to get ice cream, and again it’s the same lady and for the whole order she was rude and snappy. We leave, and on my way home I check the website and she was wrong, it says they open at noon there too. And that’s whatever, I was annoyed they weren’t open when they were supposed to be, but the lady working there was just completely unnecessarily rude.

I read most of the reviews before I chose to give this place a chance because where else do you find organic ice cream in south bay?

We walked in at 10:28 pm on a Friday night and ordered single scoop of Berry Swirl and Orange Cardamom ice cream. Both of them were very delicious. We also sampled a couple other ice creams before deciding on our final order and the guy was extremely patient. Both the flavors and ambience were on point. Ice creams were thick and creamy. The whole organic ingredient list was displayed on the label.

After us, a lot of other people also walked in and the guy at the counter entertained everyone patiently until the store closing time. May be they took a note of the customer experience issues and changed the staff.

We were really impressed how Supraja continues to invest in crafting these ice creams by using just the natural and organic ingredients. No gum or carrageenan even after a few reviews mentioning the ice cream starts melting soon. Fortunately we didn’t experience any such issue. Keep up the good work!

We went back again today and bought a pint for our friends that they truly enjoyed as well.

Workers are rude and stop taking orders 30 min before posted closing time. Sad!

They had some interesting flavors ! We got to try more than two samples and the young lady there was very sweet and patient with us . I don’t know what some of these unique flavors would taste like so it’s important to sample the ice creams . We really enjoyed the cardamom pistachio and saffron pistachio !

Horrible service
My friend was taking one scoop, she upsold him to two scoops, he asked for a tasting of the one more scoop he was going to get. She refuses him the tasting saying it's ONLY TWO per person. What an absolute shame.
The tastings were the tiniest you'd find in the Bay area. Cringemax behavior. We were three people and the rest of us didn't order anything because of this.

the ice cream is fluffy and airy and not thick so if you’re looking for something more creamy try somewhere else!

I personally don’t really like icecream, BUT this place cracked that. I am very picky person when it comes to food, especially with the dessert too (I’m not a big fan of desserts). I am in love sooooo much with their banana walnut flavor and fresh strawberry. Earl grey is good too and matcha as well. Be aware there are some ginger flavor icecream (forgot name), so def try first before get it! I love their organic ingredients and freshness. This is my fav icecream place in Bay.
