We tried the sampler with 4 flavors. Cardamom Pistachio, Rose, Unicorn vanilla and Birthday cake.Rose is milder, loved the unicorn vanilla and the birthday cake flavors. Cardamom pistachio was a unique flavor. Service was pretty good and we hope to go back there!
Honestly just as good as Salt and Straw, with a much larger variety and without the line. The flavors aren’t as ridiculous of course, but that works in its favor… they prioritize natural ingredients.

Visited this place on Wednesday 7:30pm, shop was empty, still the staff (ice cream scooper) had a very bad attitude and unwelcoming behavior. It’s been our favorite Ice cream place but disappointed with the customer service. We won’t be returning to the Sunnyvale location!

balanced ice creamI guess it goes with the branding. The ice cream is pretty good - not overpowering, not too sweet, and good portion sizes. Two scoop is a way better value than the one scoop. I really liked their fresh strawberry flavor.
The service was okay but for some reason there's no line so even though I came first the lady was serving the other people.The cookie dough ice cream was not good at all. The cookie dough tasted like a random biscuit. I should have tasted it first but I was thinking "how can you screw up cookie dough ice cream!?". Turns out you can. My friend also said the Honey Lavender ice cream also didn't taste good. I tasted the tahini date ice cream which was average too. Other flavors might better but I also thought the overall texture was kind of icy and kind of tasted cheap.Anyway, you should definitely go to Pints of Joy close by on El Camino. Way better quality (and the lines show).

It makes me sad to leave such a negative review, but frankly I found this place to be very disappointing. I love ice cream and am always on the lookout for a new ice cream shop, and I had some friends visiting at the time, so we found Nature's Organic Ice Cream which is right around the corner from us. As noted above, I do not feel like it lived up to the high ratings that it has.First off, I do love that they offer so many unique flavor options! They have a whole section of exotic flavors you likely won't see anywhere else. I tried a couple and ultimately went with the birthday cake. Also note that they only allow 2 samples per person. While I understand this policy, it's a bit disappointing especially considering they have so many unique options like I said, which makes me want to sample as many as I can before making a decision!The ice cream texture itself is very poor. It's very icy and was unfortunately very reminiscent of a snow cone's texture, rather than creamy ice cream. To give you more of an idea, it was very crunchy. The flavor was also extremely lacking, as it tasted simply very watery. Once more, just very disappointing to me.Again, I hate to leave such a negative review but frankly I would not recommend this place unless they make some major changes.

The saffron and pistachio flavor is delicious and service is amazing. My ice cream scoop rolled off the top of my sugar cone before I had a chance to try it and the staff was gracious enough to give me another one even as a huge group of customers came into the shop. I was absolutely devastated but she gave me a second chance??

Ice cream is a must when it's a hot day. I haven't tried this place out, but what stuck out to me about this place is that they use natural ingredients to make their ice cream. The place was cute and the worker on duty was super friendly and patient because I couldn't decide on flavors for a while lol!Black sesame (5/5): the black sesame flavor was so good! Some places would make it overpowering, but this place did it right. It was balanced in taste!Ube (5/5): the ube was delicious! I can tell they used real ube because I could taste the chunks when I ate it. Super fresh and not too sweet!Parking is not too bad. There is a parking lot near the bus stop and also some street parking.
