Unfortunately, Nom Burger and Tap't next door are closing as of October 3, 2021. Six great years.
Honestly the best burger I have ever had
Service was great, food was delicious. The fact that they have a rice wrap for burgers as a gluten free option blew my mind. You can still order a burger lettuce wrapped or in a bed of greens if you'd rather that but I really recommend trying the rice wrap at least once. It was delicious. Also, really enjoyed the flavor and crisp of their fries. I was way too excited to take pictures of my meal lol
One of the greatest vegetrian Burger I've eaten!!My husband took the tegular nom burger and loved it!!
Great burgers. Nothing to improve on. One of the best burgers I've ate.
So yummy! We've been coming here for a fancier burger for many years now and it always hits the spot.My favorite is the holy guacamole and California love one but they are all great!I'm also a huge fan of their shakes.Currently they are open for outdoor seating only and you need to order at the counter. They will bring your order in to go boxes to you.
Upscale burgers for sure! The burger meat is ground in-house daily, they use signature brioche buns. The food tasted wonderful and flavorful, fresh ingredients, nice soft brioche buns. The tots were a different change from regular ole' fries. Also most burgers came with a fried egg. As for me not my burger joint and it's on the pricey side.
Good burgers for sure. Very juicy meat. The bread could be a little thinner.
I ordered a jalapeno bacon cheddar burger. The burger meat was kinda salty in my opinion. I asked for extra pickles on the side but they said they had no pickles on hand. Lame. When i got my burger there was no jalapenos on it. The waitress was running from table to table and had her hands full so it took a while to flag her down to get them. The frys had a funky taste to them. Kinda like the oil hadn't been changed in a while. Again all subjective on the taste aapects. $30 for a burger and frys and an ice tea. Kinda pricey. Probably wont be coming back anytime soon
THE GOOD: outdoor sittingTHE BAD: burger was nothing special, not enough heaters for all tables, served in paper plates (to my knowledge, Covid protocols doesn't require that), expensive. I wouldn't go back.

The One that won Chopped is the best burger I have ever had in my life hands down!
Excellent gourmet hamburger restaurant serving a variety of hamburger and sides. Also has local craft beer on tap although the selection is a little limited. Ample outside seating, parking, and conveniently located in downtown Sunnyvale. Only removed a star for the limited selection of alcohol, customer service was average, and price was somewhat high. Overall great experience. In depth review follows:[The Food]The food here is great. If you are only concerned with trying hamburgers, this place is excellent. I would compare this to The Counter in San Jose, or any other upscale hamburger establishment. They have great hamburgers, they make the bread in the restaurant, and the meat is cooked to perfection! They have local IPA craft beer on tap.[The Location and Vibe]This restaurant is located in downtown Sunnyvale which is recently renovated. It's about 2 blocks away from Murphy Avenue, Whole Foods, Target, and others. It's a safe area, plenty of parking, beautiful parks nearby. The outdoor seating here is nice because you can sit outside and look out into the park. After eating, it's nice to walk downtown and burn some of those calories.[Customer Service and the Building]During COVID 19, this is a self service establishment where you place the order at the counter. They then bring the food to you in disposable containers (-1 for the environment) but I understand. The building, bathroom, and tables were clean! Staff was friendly.Overall, this restaurant is worth going to for the food! It's quick and a nice place to visit on a Saturday afternoon.
Taco on a burger? Yes! Two delicious foods in one and the patio is open to eat & have a beer.
Quesabirria burger was great, you guys should make the tacos a permanent side item
The burgers here are great.. Huge and juicy. The wife and I ordered with the lettuce wrap instead of their brioche buns. Still phenomenal. We also ordered their portabella mushrooms fries. Sounds weird but out of this world?.....
