The last time I bought a pack of assorted baklava, 6 pieces didn’t have the lower pastry part and 3 of them didn’t have the filling. Absolutely disgusting quality for such high prices. Their recent quality is pathetic!

Overpriced, poor quality, average taste at best - things went downhill in recent months.

Have been a regular and frequent customer of this place for years. Desserts used to be good earlier. They taste pretty average since last a few months. Last two times they were nothing short of disgusting. Kanafeh tasted bad. Assorted pista baklavas were dry, stale, and smelly. They truly tasted pretty bad. I don’t know how quality can drop to such a low level. Once my favorite shop has turned into a place where I would never visit again. Not sure if the management changed. Prices shot up significantly. I raised my concern about poor quality by an email to the business. They did not bother to respond. Something truly ruined their quality in the recent months.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this baklava shop was disappointing on multiple levels. I was really looking forward to enjoying some authentic Middle Eastern sweets, but unfortunately, the quality was well below expectations.
The baklava tasted stale and dry, lacking the rich, fresh flavor and flaky texture you'd expect from a proper batch. The syrup barely soaked in, and the nuts tasted old, almost rancid. It honestly seemed like the pastries had been sitting out for days.
To make matters worse, the customer service was shockingly rude. When I politely asked if the desserts were made fresh that day, I was met with an eye-roll and a curt response. The staff seemed completely uninterested in answering questions or helping customers.
There are plenty of great Middle Eastern bakeries out there—this just isn’t one of them. Definitely not worth the money or the attitude.

The kunafa was alright but there were many problems with this place. They gave us the wrong order so we had cream kunafa instead of cheese. We drove 40 mins to come here and when we came back, the owner was extremely rude and not helpful. It is not worth going here for the decent food and extremely subpar customer service.

I got their small assorted walnut pistachio baklava, small assorted pistachio baklava, and their rose/pistachio turkish delight and it was absolutely divine. I wanted to indulge myself in a different type of snack/dessert and this was a fantastic little treat. I highly recommend coming by early just so you have more selection of their baked goods. The store is a little tucked away in an outlet so you might struggle to find it, but plenty of parking outside. The worker was super efficient and you can actually see people right behind working on the desserts so its super cozy and locally made for sure. Would definitely recommend checking it out if you're in need of a sweet treat. :D

Came to buy kunefa, left with Dubai chocolate! Lightly sweet, strong pistachio flavor. $15 each, they have milk and dark chocolate versions.

I placed an order for my son’s graduation for 2 pm, the last available slot for pick up. I called the morning that I was going to pick up the order to confirm my order since I did not received email or text confirmation. When I called, the person I spoke with confirmed my order for 2 pm. We had a traffic delay and arrived at 2:15 to find the store closed and no one answered the phone. I was not told when I called in the morning that the store closed at 2 pm. When I asked for a refund, it was denied.

The ladies at the front are super helpful and kind! I left with a box of half walnut and half pistachio baklavas. She put it in a nice box altogether as well! I’m only in the area for a few more days but if I come back I’ll be preordering a knafeh and trying more sweets!

Terrible place, no refunds. I left for a minute. I came back. No, they sent me back an embarrassing behavior...???
Too sweet and sticky to my taste buds. Service is very good though.
