We arrived about a half hour earlier than our reservation, that was at 6:30. Mo problem on a Monday night!
We needed a last minute reservation for 7, and this place worked perfectly, and in addition to the seafood options vegetarians could modify dishes and find appropriate choices!
Excellent as always but lacking flexibility with substitution and a little slow with service.
Overall a very good experience. The food especially the seafood was excellent, the side dishes served were also good with some much better than others. The one call out was the kimchi fried rice while the taste was good the amount of kimchi at 1 piece was disappointing. Drinks were very good , beer was refreshing and ice cold in choice of 12 and 20oz which I appreciated and a good variety including local. I feel this is a solid choice if you crave good seafood. The atmosphere is good for large groups and if you want to catch a game at the bar.
Sunday nights are the toughest night in restaurants! 86d menu items, short staffed, and some times unseasonably busy. Our server was swamped, but was professional and handed it well, kudos!
We came on Thursday for the half off on wine and they were out of the first three choices we made, so that was disappointing. The wait person was excellent though and did her best to please us. We shared an entrée and a salad which we enjoyed!
Food and service have both taken a nosedive, sadly. Fish & chips went from great to a greasy mess.
We celebrated a lovely birthday lunch in the Sunnyvale Pacific Catch. The eggplant appetizer was so good we had to order two. The entrees are large so we ordered 3 entrees for 5 of us. We each had a taco and all shared one salad, but best part was the birthday dessert--a fabulous brownie topped with ice cream and chocolate sauce. Lovely attentive service and the wait staff did not hurry us out by clearing the table before everyone was finished.
We had a very nice birthday lunch at Pacific Catch in Sunnyvale. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and accommodated our every need, including lighting a candle on the birthday girl's dessert!
Great happy hour!

The food at Pacific Catch in Sunnyvale is consistently fresh and delicious. I have always enjoyed a superb dinner at a very good price. On my last visit, I had a Chilean Sea Bass salad that was outstanding! Although I'm not typically adventurous with food, I'm willing to try something new every time I go because I know I can't go wrong with their Chef's concoction.
Decent food but absolutely terrible service. Not attentive at all and took super long to respond to requests like getting the check or more water

I attempted to visit this restaurant today with my girlfriend. We were excited as we heard good things about the place. We were sat down at a booth near the bar and got settled in. However, a server never greeted use for about 10 minutes. So we relocated to the bar. The bartender did a cold welcome and cut us off before we could order. She gave us water and started orders for the dining area. Mind you; she's the only only bartender. We sat there for another 15 minutes without ordering a drink or food. It sucks we weren't able to experience this restaurant. We won't be back and we will share our experience with our friends/family
