The food is fine for the price. Service is terrible. They messed up my order and made me wait 20+ minutes beyond when they said it was ready for me to pick it up. Customer service is intentionally hard to reach, and unhelpful when (and if) you succeed.

Really great quality bowls, but they do skimp on the meat a bit compared to chipotle even though they are a similar price.

Wow that was the best beef salad ive ever had. Initially skeptical cause there were so many ingredients but i ate every bit of it! It was the wagyu beef barbacoa salad...the meat was divine, the salad was all colours from yellow, green, purple, pink, orange and was absolutely juicy and delicious, and the sauce?? Like nothing ive ever tasted, so so delicious!

I travel a great deal for work, eating healthy isn’t the easiest when you’re on the road. I door dashed Palmita’s tonight and could not be happier! The carnitas bowl abounded with flavors and texture you don’t often get in a melange of ingredients. Crispy tomatillos, pebbly sweet grains, tingly spiced corn and beans, topped with tender braised carnitas, all rounded out with an amazing molè sauce. I wish I would be in town another day longer! The green smoothie brought everything home- sweet, velvety, and tasty. Do yourself a flavor and Palmita’s now!
