Last 3 times I ordered pepper steaks and all pieces of steaks were uncooked!!!!!!! And portion is much less than before. The price for everything is higher than a year ago. But, you can't raise the fee and reduce the portion and charge extra for steak and on top of that give customer uncooked steak. This happened last 3 times. I am very disappointed.

On 6/24/25, I placed a mobile order at Panda Express and received confirmation that it was ready. I sent my teenage child to pick it up around 9:05 PM. After waiting 15–20 minutes, I went in and found that the food had been ready all along—placed right behind the counter. Despite my child giving the name, the staff didn’t check and incorrectly told them the order was still being prepared. When I asked why, a worker blamed my child for not bringing the phone. Had the staff simply checked the name or asked for the phone earlier, the wait could have been avoided. This is the second time my child has been ignored at this location. I hope staff will treat all customers respectfully, regardless of age.
