All I wanted was coffee. It took them more than 10 minutes to get me a cup. Sip club members are treated as garbage here. I asked them if I can just get the cup, but they wouldn’t even say yes or no.

I've been visiting this Panera for over a year now and my co-workers and I have always had an excellent experience with Adan. He is a very friendly young man, helpful, takes our orders fast and always has a smile to greet us, which is much appreciated when you are a frequent customer. Thank you Adan and the whole Panera Arques team! After a year of eating here so often it was time to leave you a review!

A little more low key with less crowds than most Panera’s. I think it makes the Wi-if a little faster. There are outside tables and dim lighting indoors as with most Panera’s. I think the power outlets are sufficient and the workers are chill when they are not too busy.
They usually do change their coffees every 2 hours according to protocol. Among the half and half, 2% milk, almond milk, and skim milk, usually one at least has something in it. Everything else is well-stocked. The best things here are the salad and sandwiches for the value. And of course, 6am to 9pm are great hours. Lo-if music and soft pop hits and some indies are their playlists of choice.

The management has issues with not opening up a better array of options for a late breakfast… plan on not coming back since they don’t care about customers requests… that phrase goes on in my head “Customers are always right” Panera doesn’t care about customers…
Open seating for tables and booths in interesting interior layout. Lunch service was quick but kiosks slowed us down.

the only reason why i’m giving five stars for service is because the service in the front desk was nice and he heard everything clearly i had a could’ve been better kitchen services i orders my soup with bread bowl and they dident even give me it i know they have some in the back they told me that it was sold out i was naaaa in the middle of day

Ordered food to go. The Mediterranean sandwich had a tiny smear of hummus on one small spot of one piece of bread. The warm caprese sandwich had lettuce in it. Warm, wilted lettuce. Why? And $8.49 for about a 1/2 cup of Mac n cheese. Absolutely ridiculous. I won’t be back. So disappointed.
