I ordered a salad to-go but they prepared it as dine-in dish. I told them I asked for to-go so they re-packed but with the dressing already mixed with salad (because they initially prepared it as dine in dish). The salad is now too soggy… they should’ve remade the salad but they just put whatever they made by their mistake into a container as if it was my leftover.

Went this morning to try Panera for the first time, I ordered through the kiosk tablet they have so I did not have any interaction with the workers. Ordered my bagel and took it to go, got to work and noticed that they gave me someone else’s order who was there at the same time as me. Initially irritated because it was completely different bagels, tried it because I was hungry but did not like this order one bit. The place was pretty much empty so I’m not sure why they couldn’t take the extra step to make sure the order was right, I can’t even go back because I’m at work.

Came here for lunch during work day, used the online ordering which is nice, got the food pretty quickly, but the person calling the names and giving the food out was so rude. I came right up after she called my name and she just ignored me and called my name over again and I had to say that’s me and she still ignored me and the just shoved the tray to the edge of their serving station in the opposite side of where I was. I had to go grab it myself. She never looked at me nor acknowledged me and seemed like she was trying to make my life harder? Just odd. Like damn you’re having bad day but you don’t need to ruin everyone else’s

I really like Panera Bread, but the employees always mess up my order and don't pay attention. They give wrong information and don't even check the orders they prepare. It's frustrating, especially when I spend a lot of time at the store and my order is still wrong. The food is great, but the employees are not very responsible.

I was only slightly hungry and asked if they had small sandwiches at Panera Bread on Arques. The cashier order taker suggested a kid’s sandwich, which ended up being the prefect size for my appetite that lunch time. The sandwich was simple and OK. I ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup – the broth was tasty, the noodles were OK, but the chicken was overcooked and unenjoyable. I suggest the manager make a concerted effort to improve the chicken in the soup. The cashier order taker was helpful. I was there 12:30-1:15 lunchtime. Panera Bread has two rooms and both were mostly full. I was impressed how quiet the restaurant was. Either the customers were talking softly or the restaurant has excellent soundproofing or both. There is plenty of free street-level parking in the huge one-level mall.

Decent food with terrible coffee. My standards aren’t high for coffee, but this is especially bad. I’ve come here several times and every cappuccino or latte I’ve tried appears to be drip coffee with milk dumped into it - no foam and it didn’t taste fresh. It’s a shame because other Panera locations I’ve tried had terrific coffee.
