Boba shops were the place to be when it came to hanging out with friends. Pastel Tea Lounge is bringing that concept back with a spacious and colorful atmosphere. All of their drinks are made with real ingredients and the fruit jams are made in house. That means no artificial powders or syrups here! The tea is brewed fresh daily and each drink is customizable for ice and sugar levels.This is a great new spot to catch up with friends, study, or get some work done. Pastel Tea Lounge is a boba lounge with beautiful decor and amazing hang out spaces. My husband and I love boba and were excited to see Pastel come to our neighborhood. We usually don't get drinks for our young son but Pastel Tea Lounge has so many kid friendly caffeine free drinks with options to adjust sweetness levels and we got our son a strawberry milk with "none" sweetness. He loved it and since then, we've returned multiple times. We've tried similar strawberry milks at other cafes but our son loves Pastel's the best. Our son loved Pastel so much we asked the owner if we could hold his birthday party at his beautiful lounge and he said yes! We held the event last weekend and couldn't have asked for a better venue. We were able to use the entire back space to host 35 people. The ample table and seating areas were amazing and we used the booths to set up activity stations for the kiddos. We were able to share videos and a photo slideshow on one of the big screen televisions in the back, and move tables and chairs to create space for activities. We were able to bring in outside food and decorations. The colorful floral decor created a beautiful ambiance for our event. The owner was incredible - super responsive, flexible, and supportive. We hosted an "open boba bar" and invited our guests to order drinks. Our guests loved it! Pastel had extra staff working during our event and generously gave us a discount on the drinks. The owner was so welcoming and everything went smoothly.

My friends and I have been here several times and it is now one of our favorite hangout spots! The interior is absolutely gorgeous with flowers everywhere. If you're looking for an aesthetic, instagrammable spot, this is your place! We've tried a few drinks here, but our favorites are the Brown Sugar Matcha Latte and the Taro Ube Coconut Milk! I'm a huge fan of matcha and ube flavors, and these drinks are truly perfection. The service has been wonderful each time I've visited, and I love how this place was designed so thoughtfully for customers! There are power strips at all the table booths, so we can easily charge our laptops or phones, and there are a bunch of board games available for us to play! I would highly recommend this spot, especially to students. Such a great environment to study in and/or hang out with friends while enjoying boba drinks!

I got the pastel fruit tea and it was delicious! My drink came out very quickly and the tea was sweet and tart and the boba was perfectly chewy and lightly sweet. The shop itself was also very quiet and perfect for playing board games or getting some studying done.
They really don't know how to make boba well. I asked for 70% sweetness and they gave me 120. Ridiculously sweet. What a shame that it's a nice setting. Their black tea is assam which they don't tell you, that shouldn't be what you use for your black tea and that's not what people want when they ask for a black tea. It's totally different from every other place, and you're better off going somewhere else

Don't let the pretty decorations fool you. This drink was awful. Got a standard strawberry milk tea and they made a literally glass of 2 percent milk with no tea and no flavor. The boba was old too.

New boba shop that just opened in Sunnyvale! The most cutest place to hang out with friends, get some work done, or study! I've been looking for some place like this... and I think I found the perfect spot to study with my classmates! I love how they also offer freshly brewed tea while using REAL fruit and sugar to make all of our fruit jams! There aren't any artificial powders or syrups here! My favorite drink is their Taro Ube Coconut Milk! Fun fact: All of their table booths are equipped with a power strip for all their guests to use (I hate studying at places and always struggling to find a power outlet)! They also have a selection of board games for friends and family to enjoy!

This place is an adorable hole in the wall. The atmosphere is great. They play some music, not too loud. They have decorations up and even different types of games out to be able to just sit and hang about with friends or family. The place is also HUGE. So you won't ever feel rushed to leave. The boba was good. Nothing overly special, but they say they make their own jams so that's a plus too. Overall a good experience. Perfect for taking kids to have a drink and play games etc on a rainy or cold day.
