The coffee here is fantastic. The Gingersnap is my top choice, full of rich flavor that still holds up even as the ice melts. Their drinks have great taste without being overpowering, and the staff are truly wonderful every time I stop in. A place I always enjoy visiting.

Talk about rude and slow service. Waited about 20 min for drip coffee. They never called my name until I walked to the counter. As I told the male barista with the blonde hair behind the counter my name, he said it’s these here with an attitude. The drinks were closer to him and I’m short, and unable to reach the drink and asked if he can push the drinks closer toward me. He behaved like I made his job 10x’s harder. I told him I would like lids, and he just threw the lids toward me. I will not be visiting this location again.

I ordered hot chocolate and the experience was awful. They added unbearable sugar in it and when we asked they said we can’t do anything about it, these are premixes. How can someone decide how much sugar will be required by the customer
