Only had Philz one other time, I usually go to Starbucks but I work close to this location so I popped in and im glad I did. Bunny the lady who helped me at the register pick out my coffee was so patient, answered all my questions and for being new was extremely knowledgeable. I never would have known she was new. I stopped by this coffee shop with a friend on a weekday late afternoon. The place was quite busy, with many people working on their laptops or simply hanging out.
We ordered a coffee and a tea , both were fine, nothing particularly special but perfectly decent. They also offer some café-style snacks, though we didn’t try any this time.

I usually order through the app, which is super easy to use. Since it tends to get busy, I place my order ahead of time, and my coffee is usually ready when I arrive about 15 minutes later.
Their coffee is on the stronger side, so I personally like ordering a lighter roast with plenty of milk and cream. Overall, a smooth and convenient experience.
