This review is about a flaw in the Philz ordering system. The employees did their best considering the circumstances. I placed an order on the Philz website at 8:52am. I got an order confirmation estimating it would be ready between 10:35-10:40am. I did not want to wait an hour and a half, so I tried to cancel the order to go somewhere with a more typical turnaround time. On Philz website, I try to edit the order. It doesnβt let me. Then I call the customer service number and...
Iβm forever a Philz gal. This location is such a gem. Plenty of parking , lots of seating, amazing service and of course coffee!!! They mastered my Jacobs wonderbar today!!!! Thank you hazel!!!ππππ
If you don't know Philz, it is a chain that specializes in pourover coffee. It is arguably the best pourover I've had. I go to Philz almost daily, and it never disappoints. They do not offer espresso-based drinks, as far as I know (I could be wrong because I prefer drip coffee, so never explicitly looked).
