Great experience! Loved the unique ice cream flavors took us long time in line but it was worth it🍨 staff was nice
There were some customers were being rude to employees our community have no civic sense in public at all i had to leave the store because people were shouting too loud

Rude person Kamal S. They think they are the only business in town. 6 people in our group went and we tried 8-9 different sample all together and then when we asked for 1 more, he said I have been giving you too many samples to try out. We bought 5 different items and wanted to get 1 more. Never going back to this place and business.

Amazing ice cream. Definitely going back. However, the guy at the counter gives almost no ice cream to sample. I was sharing the samples with a friend and it was hard to taste any of the samples

Pints of Joy is a very popular Ice Cream shoppein the heart of Sunnyvale with emphasis on Indian flavors. This place gets packed! The staff is friendly and informative. If you are passing by and seen no lines or a small line, I highly suggest running to grab some Ice Cream. Lots of unique Indian flavors along with regular staple of flavors.

This is a small business; mom & pop operation, so they do run out of some of the listed flavors. I believe everything is made in small batches with quality ingredients. They even have Ice Cream Flights!

Great flavors! “Chilli Lime Guava” is a MUST try!

There’s good amount of seating, parking and the service was quick. They didn’t let us try Gulkand Coconut which was a bummer, but I think that flavor must be good too.

Recommended!

Best Ice cream I had in Bay Area!

Went for a quick stop in the winters and it was worth it! It's a lit up store and the vibe is just awesome. Crowded with people lining up to try various flavors along with some Indian flavors as well.

They have steel spoons for tasting - super awesome right? No wastage. Super thoughtful. That's a sign of a women owned business

My favorite- the alfonso flavor (5/5), tender coconut was another friend's favorite. The spicy guava flavor wasn't spicy enough (chilli lime guava) - but worth trying (3/5). The custard apple flavor was good too - but a little too sweet for my taste.

Please skip the chai flavor - unless you're a chai lover and you have to try. I had my eyes on the cassata and the chikoo, malai kulfi and falooda flavors. Somethings are for next time!
We got a flight of ice-creams and 6 of us enjoyed sharing it.

Loads of parking available. And they have places to sit inside and outside. Also, wheelchair accessible.

Wasted my money. Mini chocolate cake is so bad and overpriced this is not even cake, i couldn’t get my spoon inside the cake. Cake is hard frozen, it’s just cream and nothing else. Black forest ice cream was okay. And they denied samples saying its past 10pm even though I entered before 10 and waited in line. It’s best to avoid this place.

Extremely disappointed. Tried Alphonso Mango, Black Forest, and the Mini Chocolate Ice Cream Cake and none of them were worth the price. They didnt even offer samples even though its written inside the store, which is unacceptable when you’re charging premium prices.

The mini chocolate cake was literally hard as a rock — not creamy, not enjoyable, just frozen solid. The ice creams themselves were grainy and not smooth at all, which completely defeats the point of ice cream.

Spending $30 on such mediocre quality is honestly frustrating. For comparison, Walmart’s Great Value ice cream is significantly better in both texture and taste. This felt overpriced, overhyped, and not worth a repeat visit.

Must try the mango ice cream, loved it. Friendly staff :)

Tons of unique flavors here! I really enjoyed the dark chocolate orange as well as the biscoff cookie.

I felt disrespected and disappointed after my experience at pints of joy. Basically, the staff let over half a dozen people skip the line, and then still proceeded to first help people behind us. The ice cream isn’t worth that.

Delicious ice cream and ambience

Icecream is high quality and i liked all flavors i have tried. However, tooti fruity and gajar halwa is my favorite. Truely pints of joy.
