I ordered "delivery" through THEIR WEBSITE. I wanted something local. In Texas they have local pizza chains with delivery.There was nothing to indicate that they actually don't deliver, but use DoorDash. I've never used DoorDash and it was a total nightmare.To their credit, they were willing to try to get my pizza to me three times last night. Three hours later, I had a cold-ish, disheveled pizza.I can't speak to their actual quality. They should put something early in the ordering process to indicate that delivery is handled by DoorDash, and there is very little they can do if your delivery doesn't work out.

Worse customer experience. Ordered a pizza at 9:15pm to dine-in. Staff turned off the lights several times to force us to leave. They were acting like kids.I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Please hire more professional staff at your restaurants,this would improve the customer experience. Many Regards

Awesome place to hang out with friends or family. Staff is super friendly. Excellent pizza and value for money. Good veggie options. Coke machine with like 100+ selections. The place itself is nice and people there usually very friendly. I walked in 2 times and ordered at least 2 time in last 2 months.

A friend told me that Pizza My Heart's vegan pizza is amazing so I thought I would try it tonight. I decided to order delivery from their website. I had a large vegan Big Sur pizza in my cart. I clicked on "view current promotions". I saw that there was a coupon for $6.75 off of ANY large pizza. GREAT! When I tried to apply the coupon it said that my order didn't qualify. I thought that this must be a glitch in the system and decided to call. I spoke with a supervisor who at first didn't know what promotion I was referring to. He then said that perhaps it was on a one-topping pizza. The promotion does not say one topping. He wouldn't honor the promotion despite it being an issue on their end. I decided to order a pizza anyway but did so through DoorDash where there is currently a 20% off deal. I was able to use that deal, tip more, and it was still less than had I ordered directly from the site. The pizza was loaded with toppings, which was amazing and impressive. On the flip side, the crust was soggy and limp and there wasn't much cheese. So the toppings were great, crust not so much. The customer service was awful and I was truly surprised at how the situation was handled. That itself is knocking off three stars. There is no reason for a business to not honor its own printed promotion. Had they honored the promotion I would have given them four stars and only knocked one off for the soggy crust and lack of cheese.

Very fast and efficient service. Food is inconsistent: 2 weeks ago the pizza was spot on. Same pizza this time was salty and tough. Selection of pizza changes so not everything is available every time. Would visit again if in area but not a destination spot to drive out of the way to. Worse tasting food compared to other stores in the same chain.
Staff is very friendly and eager to please. Mine was a pickup order and they didn't heat the pizza until I arrived even though I was 20 minutes late to pick it up. Great service and in my opinion the best pizza ever. Pizza My Heart has a special recipe for their scrumptious crust.

I usually use this location for delivery to my home. It is really easy to order and pay online and the delivery is usually faster than the estimate. Whenever I have gone to the restaurant, I have been greeted by very friendly servers. There is plenty of outdoor seating in the 'food court' that is shared by several restaurants on this street corner. Great location for kids.

Really nice pizzas that come with plenty of condiments. You can mix the types of pizza in a single base at no extra charge. The cashier was really nice and helped us get the best option: super veggie and Manresa!There are multiple tables inside, and there is also a plaza outside with plenty of tables and chairs that are shared with other stores.

I really like their vegan pizza! The Miyoko vegan mozzarella is very tasty! Add some mushrooms and cilantro and you get one of the best pizza around!
