Yeah so here's the thing... It's fast and convenient and located in a heavily trafficked area of downtown Sunnyvale. The prices are stupid high ($20 for a large bowl) especially considering they have the bare minimum of toppings and a fish scoop made for dolls. Also we have come in periodically for years and I don't think I've seen the same two workers ever, so there's clearly a high turnover. This means that there's HUGE variation in how much fish you get. Some workers only give you literally one scoop (like 2 pieces of sashimi) while others will overload like 3-4 scoops per 1 you order. They don't charge you extra for avocado which is nice. For service? I don't know, staring into the soulless eyes of minimum wage workers who aren't paid enough to care isn't my preferred dining experience. There are many other poke places in the bay that are just simply better for around the same price or cheaper. The atmosphere is prison tables which you have to awkwardly walk around to get to the front of the poke line, so just take it and go. Also they changed the spam musubi a while back and it just sucks now. Don't waste your money.

Extra charges for masago, seaweed salad, crispy onions. Kind of expensive.

$18 for a regular bowl which was a tiny portion. Even toppings standard at other poke places cost additional. Even then, portion of the toppings given was still small. Did not even have water available.

The food is always amazing! The workers are really nice and make the bowls quick. The location has plenty of seating area.

The pricing here is terrible. The regular bowl ends up being $20 when other places are less and better quality. The fish is old and doesn't look appetizing. The rice is overcooked and mushy. Workers are aggressive and rush you. Don't recommend. The place also feels a bit dirty.

Place looks very clean and service is nice, but food was not that great. It's $18 for a regular bowl, which is small compared to other Poke places. The protein scoop are very small as well. They have an okay variation of toppings.

The good thing about chain restaurants is you know what to expect.

Pretty good poke bowls. They are a bit expensive but they are huge. Only thing I wouldn’t get again is the sea weed salad - I wasn’t a fan from here.

I have been craving some good poke in the South Bay and I would always pass by this place on Downtown Sunnyvale, so I came by to give it a shot. Unfortunately it really underwhelmed. The fish was definitely not very fresh which is always super representative of how good a poke/sushi shop is. I'm also used to having to pay quite a bit for poke, but you really don't get a lot of food for what you pay for. The top of the bowl isn't even close to being filled up and I easily paid upwards of $17. I wish I wasn't still hungry after paying $17 for dinner. The staff was very kind and friendly, so they have that going for them. But I would unfortunately not recommend this place as the quality is simply lacking.

Beware of ordering through food delivery! I've Doordashed from this location a few times and each time they don't give you all your scoops of fish and often "forget" toppings. I ordered a large today and the amount of fish in the bowl is maybe equal to 2 scoops. Not an issue if you order in person.

I’ve had a lot of poke, and this was by far the worst poke I’ve ever had. The salmon and yellowtail were completely tasteless and the sauces added no flavor. I’m not one to leave reviews but this poke bowl was so bad it felt necessary.

Maybe it was my mistake to order spam musubi from a poke shop, but this has got to be the worst spam musubi I've ever had. The pictures speak for themselves. That rice to spam ratio is insane, and the sauce was not added inside too. I paid $3.50 for a riceball.

Plain and simple it's good food that's flavorful, fresh and light on your stomach. Love it!
