The food was really comforting and homely! It wasn't too spicy or oily, and the portions were a good size for the price.
The service could definitely use a little improvement. The dishes and spoons weren't very clean, and the servers/waiters didn't seem very engaged.

I recently ordered Pav bhaji from the shop for takeout. The food was stale, bhaji was tasteless, oily and very stale to describe. The pav was very bad and the texture was very hard to eat. Looks like it has attained its end of life.

I sadly had to edit my review after my recent visit. The service will make you think twice. I ordered food for our table and 45 mins later when we checked again they tell us that the food is not yet prepared. And +15 mins later they tell us that we made a mistake and packed it for take out. Throughout the time the staff showed no care for the customers and kept smirking at us shadily.
The management has made a lot of good changes in terms of cleanliness, menu and the aesthetics unfortunately staff training was not one of them.
